I am beyond outraged by the inhumane and negligent treatment of these animals at Forever Love Puppies in Pembroke Park. We purchased two puppies: a 3-month-old Chihuahua and a 2-month-old Pomeranian. They came home sick. No family should ever experience the fear and financial burden of bringing home a puppy only to find out it is already ill. The so-called "complimentary" veterinary visit that this store "gifts" buyers to use is completely misleading. Our puppies were never examined by a veterinarian, yet we were assured by a staff assistant that they were "perfect" without any tests or physical examination. Side note on this fraud of a clinic: When I walked out of the examination room, there was a dead dog on the bench next to a lady in the waiting room. Such a level of unprofessionalism or disrespect is unbelievable. The attendant called someone to "come get the body". Didn't offer a room for the lady to grieve and choose the urn made her pay and choose in front of everyone with her dead dog on the bench behind her. Days later, our Chihuahua puppy ended up in the emergency room severely dehydrated with signs of Ataxia, a neurological symptom. The result? Over $1,200 in emergency veterinary bills and weeks of emotional distress, all of which could have been avoided with proper care and honest medical screening. We were told that a simple fecal test would have immediately detected Giardia. That basic test was never performed, even though the paperwork states otherwise. We took our boys to our private veterinarian, and both were diagnosed with Giardia. Even more disturbing is the breeder listed on our paperwork. A quick search reveals serious public concerns tied to this breeder. When we looked up the address ourselves using publicly available satellite imagery, the location appears to be a barn-like structure with no visible evidence of adequate shelter or proper housing facilities. At the time, temperatures were around 32 degrees. The thought of vulnerable puppies being housed and possibly transported in those conditions is horrifying. The fact that this store continues to source from breeders surrounded by red flags demonstrates either a shocking lack of due diligence or a complete disregard for animal welfare and consumer protection. There is also a publicly available news report involving the owner's son, Larry Master, which every potential buyer should watch before considering a purchase. Reports and documentation show that puppies are transported in freezing temperatures, with hundreds crammed into trucks and distributed to pet stores across the country. These are living, breathing animals, not merchandise, not inventory, not commodities. This entire experience was irresponsible, unethical, and deeply disturbing. Approximately, May/June of 2025 they sold me a dog that had serious eyes issues and will be going into surgery in a few months, this will cost several thousand. We had to wait till he was fully grown to have surgery. They told me he was checked by a Vet and after contacting the vet they said they had no knowledge of it. I took him to the free first visit at their doctor as well and immediately he gave us the news, went back to return the dog and they wouldn't accept him. Beware! They sold me a 8 week old puppy with coccidiq parisites. It's truly upsetting that this has happened and will continue to happen to others due to their hygiene conditions at the pet shop. They display the puppies from mixed breeders which in turn creates contamination. Coccidiosis is a parasitic disease of the intestinal tract of animals caused by coccidian protozoa. The disease spreads from one animal to another by contact with infected feces or ingestion of infected tissue. Diarrhea, which may become bloody in severe cases, is the primary symptom. Most animals infected with coccidia are asymptomatic, but young or immunocompromised animals may suffer severe symptoms and death. read more

Do not buy a puppy here!! We made the mistake of doing that two weeks ago and the puppy was sick with a parasite. It's an extremely difficult and expensive parasite to get rid of and it can be passed on to humans. They will not take responsibility and don't even have a number to call. When you call the number that appears online, it goes to a call center in an Asian country. The place is a scam. The puppies are sick. Imagine paying $2000 for a puppy and spending thousands more to get him well because the place is selling sick puppies. And when you try to reach out through the fake texts they send (which I have copies of all of them), they don't respond. When I went in person, they refused to take accountability and actually threatened to call the cops. They didn't want the other victims that were there to know they were selling them sick puppies. Save yourself the money, health problems and emotional toll buying a puppy here will bring you. They need to be reported and shut down. read more

Do not buy a puppy from here! Buyer BEWARE!! I was sold a sick puppy with parasites (GIARDIA), and Forever Love Puppies is giving me the run around in honoring their 14-day guarantee. I picked up the puppy on Friday, August 16th, and mentioned that the puppy looked odd. Their response was, "She's tired." I brought her home, and it was a nightmare after that . She ended up in the emergency animal hospital where they found even more problems (respiratory infection, etc) I am really disgusted with the whole situation and hope that no one else goes through my Nightmare. Had lunch with a friend and his 6 year old at a restaurant close to this puppy store. After we were done my friends son insisted we visit the puppy store before we left. I accompanied them. From the moment I walked in I was followed around the very tiny store very closely. It because very evident that it was me and not my friend or his kid that was being followed from not 2 feet of distance. Very uncomfortable, very racist. Unprofessional and poorly trained staff. The animals are not taken care of properly, and after a google search I found a few newspapers articles explaining their sketchy past. I went to this location and asked to see a morkie that had a dramatically reduced price and when the dog was brought out she was very frightened and covered in urine. When I asked why she was so dirty the young lady explained the dogs are cleaned once a week. If that is the case it doesn't explain why they would leave the poor animal so neglected. You don't need a special license to wipe an animal down so she is not covered in urine. I also don't understand why the poor dog was so frightened, the only explanation is that she is abused and severely neglected. I asked the sales associate why she was like this, and I was told she is just shy. This company is terrible and needs to be shut down. read more

Warning!! I am writing this review to relay a matter regarding a deposit I placed for the purchase of a puppy from this Miami store in early September. I visited this store with the intention of adopting a puppy. At that time, I could not take the puppy home with me so they asked me to place a deposit of $500 to wait until the dog becomes available. The specific puppy we were interested in was not available for adoption during our visit as it was still in the back of the store waiting for vet clearance to go home with people. A week later, I was informed that the puppy has become available. However, after arranging for our current dog to meet the prospective new addition, it became evident that they did not get along as anticipated. This unforeseen circumstance has led to the decision that we are unable to proceed with the adoption as I do not feel comfortable bringing a puppy into our home that would be at risk or danger. While I understand that the contract specifies a no-refund policy for deposits, there is not much information around this so I kindly requested a reconsideration in this particular situation but was given no sympathy. Given the circumstances, it seems that there are exceptional circumstances that warrant a deviation from the standard policy, but they refused to understand my side. I recently purchased our current dog from their establishment in April 2022 and he is a great dog. I have since told many friends and acquaintances to get their puppy from this store because I was so happy with my purchase, but I will not continue to do so anymore. I believe that finding a loving and compatible home for each pet is of utmost importance and it's a shame this business did not want to make a loyal customer happy. I would still greatly appreciate help with this matter and rectification. I've tried to contact the owner but the sales manager said I cannot have his contact information or email which is extremely unprofessional and shady in my opinion. As a result, I would not recommend going near this establishment as the sales associates are not friendly, understanding or knowledgeable on customer service and they do not care about the dog's well-being or safe living situations in their future homes. read more

ZERO STARS. My husband and I walked in here before having lunch. HOW were all the puppies knocked out? 2:30pm. Seemed kind of odd. I've never seen that in ANY puppy store so these puppies must have been drugged up or something. When we spoke to the person there about our dog at home and wanting to breed, he recommended not to do so with any of the puppies there. I'm writing this review Today to mention how terrible this company is. I had a friend employed here not too long ago and to let you know they LIE about not getting puppies from puppy mills but if you search up ANY of the breeders in the store you find out they come from puppy mills, you can even ask the staff or more emprtantly the MANAGER Katherine why they lie about the dogs coming from puppy mills and they are TRAINED to be speachless or to actually answer the question. They lie to you about not earning commission but in reality they are hungry for it because they refuse to share the sales amongst the other employees! Most dogs spends days in cages before they get taken out or even get attention. Very suspicious company, if you were buying a puppy the prices aren't "negotiable" yet they make the exception for certain customers. They LIE about SICK DOGS and even sell them to customers and wait for them to take it to the vet to figure out the puppy has something wrong with it and after that they let a "Warranty Department" handle the situation only for you to be left disappointed. Oh and wondering if you're dog is a purebred? Don't worry its most likely not! Ask if you can get a dog a DNA test and watch their reactions they will not recommend it to you because they are NOT selling fully purebred dogs like they advertise. Today was a wonderful day. After a frustrating day of puppy searching we found our faithful companion. We walked into a very busy store full of customers and puppies. Overwhelmed and tired we found Dylan. He was excited to show us the puppies that we were looking for, took the time to explain to us the entire process of adoption through taking home the baby. This is our first dog so we were completely lost, this guy took the time to answer or questions, let us connect with the puppy that our son actually loved and was kind, helpful and friendly during the process. Forever puppies is lucky to have an employee like Dylan . The puppy is perfect he was just the right age and had everything we needed due to our special needs.
