This and sometimes not having enough personnel at the checkout lines. When we came into the shop the employees were cleaning the beautiful glass-front enclosures. The puppies were very happy , I know they are well taken care of because the Beagle puppy that I came to see kept playfully running into the back area to play with the employees who were cleaning. Bought two cockatiels from here, they were sick. The bird had bubbles in the eyes and was biting it's feet and kept sneezing. Clearly the bird needed more care and medicine and they just put it back into the cage with other birds spreading the disease even further instead of separating it and healing it. Instead they just gave us another bird to exchange it because they wouldn't refund the money (additionally, it's from the same cage they just put the other sick one I returned). 4 days later both birds were dead on the bottom of the cage. I think the store is under new owners. About 3 years ago they had really caring staff and birds were cared for and really knowledgeable. Now it very uncaring and clearly no regards to the birds health and those purchasing pets will be devastating and heart broken.

Any corgi we see, ours is the best looking. He's been reviewed and verified by vets, came with papers from puppies to go, he is 100% Pembroke welsh. We always recommend this place. We purchased him when he was only 8 weeks old and we cannot see our lives without him. He's cost us essentially nothing in medical bills and he's excellent with children, especially small children. We love our Winston so much. His temperament is beautiful. He is so so sweet and loving. All he wants to do is give kisses and cuddle. My heart breaks thinking of him not being with us one day.
