Dr Kaur was very gentle, thorough, and communicative. We came in for an emergency wisdom tooth removal, and my husband was properly treated with antibiotics and a timeline for tooth removal which was less than two weeks. Reminders were amazing, and definitely costs are talked upfront with no hidden fees. Although they don't take medi-Cal, it was great they had options for payments plans and memberships which we will consider in the future - in this case we were able to pay upfront. I am updating my review and unfortunately bringing it down to a 1 star for customer service only, after 2 years. I had an appt booked for MONTHS for a Saturday as that's the only I can do due to work. And it was canceled 3 days before my appt because they're re working the schedule and don't have a hygienist available??? I asked for their next Saturday or after 5 pm. It's January and they can't schedule me until MAY???? That is ridiculous. The fact they canceled me and then are trying to push out my appt 4 months after I booked it back in 2021 is not my fault nor is it ok. Needless to say Patty was also unhelpful. And I let them know I will be taking my business elsewhere. So sad as Dr.K was truly a gem and I'm so sad to be leaving. read more

I just had a filling for my daughter done here. We had been to another dentist office in town and had a TERRIBLE experience. As a result, my daughter was incredibly anxious and emotional when it came time to start the procedure for the filling. Dr. Kaur and her team were so incredibly patient with us. It took probably an hour to calm her down and numb her, and they were nothing but kind the entire time. After we left, my daughters only remark was "I like that dentist. Can I just go here?". We don't have insurance that they accept, but they do have a super affordable ($20/month) treatment plan that covers all the cleaning and x-rays twice a year. Looking for a dentist you can trust, Dr. Kaur at ForeverSmiles is the best dentist I have ever had. I met Dr. Jasleen Kaur over seven 7 ago at a different practice. When she left, I was sad because she was no longer in my network and is the Best dentist I have ever had. I have never had a great experience since, unfinished root canal, pain after the root has been removed, etc. Dr. Kaur is a kind genuine person who cares about her patients. Recently, I had an old crown in the very front of my mouth fall out. I called my dentist's office to schedule an appointment to have it re-cemented. They told me that it would two weeks or longer before they could squeeze me in. I was disappointed and shocked, so I searched for a new dentist in my area. I saw ForeverSmiles Turlock so I decided to give them a call to see if they could squeeze me in. They said, "Yes, we will try and get you in today (Friday), if not, I will check with the Dr. to see if she can see you tomorrow, on Saturday. I thought WOW, that is service! So, I looked them up on their website to see who the dentist and staff were. I was so excited to see Dr. Kaur's name and to reunite with her. I can't say enough good things about this place. I broke a tooth Friday night, a FRONT tooth, and had scrambled to find an emergency dental service in my town, unfortunately none are available on weekends however I was referred to Dr Kaur by one of my hometown dentists. They were able to get me in on Saturday and did everything possible to remedy the situation so I can work (via zoom for 10 hours, my fave front and center) on Sunday. Shoutout to all the staff that assisted me, Patty who greeted me and made sure I had all my paperwork in order, Mia (yeah we share the same name, obviously she's my fave) who took xrays and got the appointment started, Lisa who assisted with getting my tooth back in and one more girl whose name I didn't get who made sure I felt comfortable and shared her own front tooth horror story to make me feel better. Dr Kaur gave me options and made sure I made the choice I felt most comfortable with, she noticed I was in a bit of a panic, stopped and made sure she understood what was making me most nervous. I mean what an outstanding team! I have never experienced better customer service anywhere! The office is super clean and tidy and very modern looking. I was given free range to pick and choose ANY dental office I wanted in the 209. I searched high and low and even utilized Yelp to help with my search! After reading the reviews and hearing the great stories and reputation they had, I was hooked!! Set up my initial contact and cleared it through my VA Clinic. Im very disappointed with forever smiles they made me a bottom denture before all of my teeth were removed i still had four left yet forever smiles some how thought it would be okay to cast a bottom denture without making a mold first. I have been coming here for a couple years and my experience was okay. I only say okay because although Dr. Kaur was always great, the front office staff wasn't. I just dealt with it because they're open Saturdays, which is nice when you're a Monday-Friday employee like I am. I had a Saturday appt scheduled 6 MONTHS ahead of time and was contacted a couple weeks prior and told I needed to be rescheduled (I didn't ask why). They gave me Saturday appt just a week or two later. Fine. On the day of my appointment, I woke up vomiting. I called about two hours prior to my appointment time to let them know I couldn't make it because I was vomiting. I was reminded of their $50 cancellation policy. Yes, I was aware of it, and I understand to an extent, but how in the world would I have known 48 hours earlier that I was going to wake up puking?? If they'd seen me at my originally scheduled appointment, I would've been there. They can inconvenience me and reschedule me to their benefit, but I can't cancel when I'm puking my guts out? Maybe I should've been inconsiderate and shown up and gotten them all sick. Most people have a cancellation list and they probably could've filled my appt with two hours notice but that's fine. They got my $50 but will be losing a lot more money since my family and I won't be back. I hope it was worth it. read more

Very happy with my first appointment. The office is taking tons of precautions to promote health and safety during COVID. The staff seemed comfortable with how the office was running and a couple of them (on different days- via phone and at my appointment) mentioned that they appreciated Dr. Kaur's steps to ensure cleanliness and safety. Everyone I interacted with on the phone at at the office were really friendly. Dr. Kaur was also very personable and did a thorough exam. I need a few procedures done and I absolutely loved that the staff went over the out-of-pocket cost of the procedures prior to booking my appointment. So happy I found Dr. Kaur and her staff!
