Another kind staff member aided in my search for the perfect t shirt bra. Both staff members were very well informed and helped me find what I needed. When using the fitting room they also supplied a white t shirt (encased you'd like to see how the undergarments look under more sheer materials). I went in with very high expectations (after all the hype online for this local establishment). I'm SO SO HAPPY to report: that it's all true. They are fantastic at what they do. The reviews about the friendly atmosphere are accurate--the store has a lovely vibe. However, I rated my experience lower because the bra selection is very specific. Most of the bras were full-coverage styles with a lot of fabric and lace. While they're designed to be pretty, they leaned more conservative than what I was looking for. If you're shopping for a lower-cut bra that provides lift and creates cleavage under tank tops or lower necklines, you may not find many options here. The sales associate was friendly and genuinely trying to help, but she kept bringing styles that were similar to the ones I'd already said weren't what I was looking for. I went inside to shop with a friend who is blessed with a bigger bust, and she kept raving about the store, and how lovely their service was, and I got to see that clearly! This lingerie store has a lot of items that are perfect for yourself, your partner, and just your general education on sizing. There is a very welcoming atmosphere when you enter, and it didn't feel at all corporately smothering. Some of the items were quite up there in cost. However, I feel that given the quality and the need for support (specially for larger chests) that the cost is a small fraction in exchange for comfort. They did also have a nice sales section in the back which was nice to peruse through. They also carried us selection of intimate toys, and were very friendly and answering. Beautiful shop ! Just like a beautiful inviting pink boutique in a large city - I so was not expecting it to be so high end looking. The service was also amazing. Both girls who approached me were super nice and friendly,and not at all pushy or overbearing. It was a relaxing comfortable atmosphere to shop or browse in. They have quite a bit of nice high quality lingerie - without all the cheap " one size fits none " trash you often see. The pieces were selected with care and all had a wide size range. The prices were good. Not horribly overpriced. They also have a large swim wear section, hosiery, boxed plus size lingerie, and a sale section in the back. Finally found a bra that fits to perfection. The service is wonderful. You are measured to be sure you are looking at the right size and then given many options. I ended up buying 3 in all different colours and this will be my go-to store. The associate keeps bring you more options until you find the right fit. This place is amazing! Just walking in is a treat to yourself because it is decorated in luscious pinks and blacks like a sexy boudoir. Now, I'll be honest. Up until I went to Forever Yours, the thought of being fitted for a bra was about as appealing as wearing a hospital gown to work, cheeks and all. But, they are SO warm and helpful that it quickly ceased to become an issue. Wearing the correct size of bra literally gave the 'girls' insta-lift. It was like losing 10-15 pounds in a moment. My husband "Va voomed" me when I walked out of the store. The salesclerks helped me work within my budget and helped me find 'pretty' bras something I was not previously used to with my larger bust size. They will fetch bras for you and help you learn how to wear them to get maximum advantage. I should note also that they have nightgowns, bathing suits, underwear and that it also comes in "normal sizes" not just plus so you can bring your smaller sized friends along to shop too. read more

OMG! If you are a busty, voluptuous kind of girl, this is the place for you! I was on a mission to find a bustier for my wedding day that wasn't bridal shop pricey and someone mentioned this place to me and boy was I happy for the tip! It's in the little shopping "village" of Fraser Hwy in Langley and I somehoe managed to get a parking spot right across the street. If you know the area, you know that is not always possible! When I walked in I was overwhelmed by the beauty and elegance of the place. I knew I was in the right place. I was impressed when I asked about bustiers and I was told they were putting my name down for the next available fitting. Wow, personal assistance to the max. I sat down on the plush black chair in the sitting area. It's not a sitting area like a regular change room, this is a sitting area with class. About 2 minutes later I was promptly called for by my fitter, Caitlin. She was so nice and when I was in just my bra she didn't look repulsed by my body like I can be lol! As I knew EXACTLY what I was looking for I was in and out quite quickly but I know that if I need anything else this is the place to go! I will be treated like a Queen! So I went to forever yours to buy a new bra and I ended up finding a really good deal on panties which were like $30 off from the original price so I spend $150 and when I go to pay the lady at the register hand me my panties and bra wrapped in cheap wrapping and asked me if I need a bag because if not then they can donate $.50 to a charity. So I just spent $150 and to donate $.50 to a charity I have to walk out of the store with a bra and a pair of panties and hop on the bus. Then I get home and I realize they over charged me $30 for a pair of panties, when I called the store I spoke with the manager and she said that my husband could come in all he needed to do and she said this twice that all he needed to do was come in say his name and give us phone number which I gave her all of that information, Then she called me And whoever I spoke with she claimed she was a manager whoever I spoke with this was extremely rude "well you already got $20 off so I am wondering why you're getting another $20 off" so this mistake actually was confirmed it was a mistake by the manager I spoke with before and now I'm getting attitude from a new manager I am never in my entire life ever shopping at forever yours again because of The way I was treated because of Their mistake. read more

I love this place so much. SO MUCH. Quick version: if you wear bras and have a way to get here, you need to come here and get yourself buying. It's amazing. Longer version because I like words: I want to come here every 3 months to always upgrade my bras and to always check that I'm wearing the right size. I first heard about Forever Yours through Twitter. Someone mentioned that one of the plus-size models here was diagnosed with cancer and after having chemo and losing all her hair, she was back and they had her front and centre. I had to check out their website then. Goddamn, she is GORGEOUS and I love that she's giving women who have been through chemo or may be facing chemo someone to remind them that they are still beautiful and sexy. On a personal note, I hope it gives women the courage to let them be open about their baldness, rather than hiding behind wigs. I kept putting off going to the actual store because it's a bit of a drive from my home but after hearing from a friend of mine about how she always gets the urge to flash people her bra after buying one from here, I made an appointment with myself and drove down. It's a little... terrifying to walk into such a woman focussed place. I'm a woman but it always feels like I'm missing something that makes me feel comfortable. Luckily for me, they have great salespeople. She asked me if I wanted to try something on and when I said that I did and I was also hoping for a bra sizing, she assigned a women who's name I can't remember but who was fantastic. I asked her to find me bras under $100; I was okay with paying more but I was hoping they had more selection and would make it easy to find bras under that. Holy cow, they have so much selection. She brought me bras that I would normally never look at. A couple with a textured strap that I would normally have overlooked with a quick critique that the strap would probably bother me. It's one of my favourites now. She also found me one in this gorgeous blue colour, the proper sports bra (that doesn't strap you in high on the chest so it can be worn under tank tops and still keeps you up and perky) and another bra that may actually be my favourite and I'll have to buy in all the other colours. I bought 4 bras and I walked out paying just over $200. That's unheard of unless you're shopping department store bras. She even gave me a little sampler of bra detergent and a quick little guide on the best way to treat the bras. I love this place and everything in it! I emailed with a few inquiries late last night and got a response first thing this morning, talk about service!! The staff are hands down the best I have dealt with in the city and because of this, I will be a loyal customer forever! Their products are great however my feedback pertains to their online customer service and the website. Anytime I've reached out on the Facebook messenger with a question or feedback they read it then ignore me. My suggestion is for the website. I go to the website to shop. I see there's a sale. Wonderful! I use the filter to filter for my size. There's lots, Wonderful! But when i click on the item there's none in my size available. All sold out. So the filter is only showing you the size the item comes in NOT what's in stock making the filter function useless. It would be so helpful and time saving if this could be fixed. I also suggestion a loyalty program. My nail salon does a stamp card, other stores do points etc. It's a nice way to make customers feel valued. Those are my suggestions. My recent interaction on Facebook messenger was about a bench you were selling. I asked where to pick it up and waited 11 days for a response! This is very poor customer service. Either don't offer messenger as a way to communicate or respond in a timely manner. read more

Honestly one of the worst and strangest retail experiences I have ever had. I walked in with money to spend but I guess I didn't fit the mold of their "ideal customer". It felt like a very judgmental environment from the start. Any time I asked for help I was told they would "add me to the list", I waited around but was never helped. I have been shopping in this establishment for years. I appreciate the fact that it is one of a very few shops that offer bras for bigger-busted women but it comes with a price. You hardly can find a bra for less than $100 and many of them are in the range of $170 to $200. They don't last any longer than regular bras and are very often uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I don't have much choice with nature given size 34K. Years ago when I started shopping here, most of the associates were mature females with good manners and experience. Now the store is being run buy adolescent girls who have no knowledge or expertise, are condescending, and worst at all can't count. I took three associates to get my money back when instead of giving me a discount they charged me extra. So my word to the management is: please hire some adults at the store with a basic knowledge of math. read more

They meaure you, they hunt for sizes for you, bring you a selection, check the fit and adjust your selection according to your preferences. It is really hard to find my size in particular, which is why bra stores everywhere have been telling me its not really my size and recommend something they actually carry. I went into the store with the best of intentions (I had shopped there before, and my experiences were also not great). I have found no other stores in the lower mainland that has the products to fit me like this store, so as much as I try other stores, I always end up here. The product is good! It really, really is. I know I have a hard time shopping for bras. It is actually down-right traumatizing. Because I am aware of this, I do all I can to forewarn the staff (Key phrases include "I hate bra shopping", "This is really hard for me", and "I'm sorry I'm so difficult. I really appreciate the help") There is NEVER a time where I'm bra shopping that I don't end up in tears. This time in the store was no different, but I want to clarify that this is generally not because of the staff (Including today. The staff did not make me cry or make me upset by their actions. I really, honestly am traumatized EVERY time I go bra shopping. I am well aware that this is a "me" thing and not a "them" thing) My first attendant tried to the best of her abilities to help me. I found she did not ask a lot of questions about what I wanted, or things I may be looking for in a bra. She measured me in the band, measured me in the cup, then disappeared for 3 minutes before bringing me two bras that were 3 cup sizes smaller than the bra I was currently wearing. To say I was confused would be an understatement. I tried on both bras, and was of course unsatisfied with both (which were the exact same save for the sizes). The associate brought a few more bras which she thought that I would like based on the few questions she had asked me and the little information I was able to give. The following bras did not fit. Against my best intentions, I felt myself getting flustered and frustrated and could read on the associates face that I was testing her patience - which was NOT my intention, nor the purpose of my visit there. If I'm not mistaken, I believe I began tearing up at this point. I was ready to leave. I couldn't understand why the bra's I was being shown were so much smaller than the one I was wearing (which clearly is too small). The associates frustration was apparent (and expected, to be honest) as she flung one last bra at me through the curtain before disappearing for an extended period of time. She later asked from the other side of the curtain if I would mind another associates help (I did not know at the time that this was the manager who would be helping me - I really did not want to draw that kind of attention.) Of course I obliged - I couldn't dare test this woman's patience anymore and risk her ending up in tears right along side me. However, I was also determined to not leave the store empty-handed. (Let's face it - I didn't go in there to look at shoes. I needed a new bra.) The second associate was much more bubbly and talkative, and I found it much easier to open up to her about my concerns about the fittings, styles, etc. She also asked many more questions about what I wanted out of a bra. Of course, we later determined what I was looking for was not going to be found in one bra but rather in two separate bras. It was early on in my working with this second associate that I had a friend stop in the store. She, too, got a fitting and did some shopping but ultimately ended up buying nothing. The associate who was helping me at this time was extremely helpful and seemed to be very patient with my ping ponging between this style and that style and not liking this cup or this band or this shoulder strap. I was not trying to be difficult, but I was literally on the edge of my "panic-pit" and trying with all my might to stay on the sanity side. My melt-down mode was at a stable 50% and beginning to decline. I ultimately settled on 2 bras that were not what I thought I was hoping for but they fit and I was satisfied with them. I got some other items and ended up spending nearly $300.00 on their product. While I was not ecstatic about the choices I had made, I was glad that I had achieved my goal(s) and stayed within the budget that I had set myself. My review of 2 stars is because I was later informed by my friend who sat in the waiting room while I was fitting that the second associate stood outside my curtain, rolling her eyes at nearly everything I said I didn't like about the bras. If it weren't for that tidbit of outsiders information, I would have probably rated this visit much higher. I was very disappointed to hear of the things that took place on the other side of the curtain where the associate knew my friend was sitting. I have previously worked in retail, dealing with difficult customers. I am really hurt that this was the result of my shopping experience there and I will think twice before recommending this store. read more

I live on Vancouver Island and will not shop anywhere else for bras except at Forever Yours in Langley. Sometimes I order my bras from FYL if it's not convenient to take the ferry over, but whenever I have the opportunity to visit the store I do, because I LOVE it! The decor is fun and sexy, the selection of styles and sizes is amazing, the garments are beautiful and high quality and the service is impeccable. Not a good experience at all. I went there after getting a boob job to get sized a d fitted. She brought me 3 bras, all of which felt very uncomfortable and too big. I express my concerns and discomfort and she argued with me telling me that it fit correctly and that now that I have a bigger chest size I should get used to having to wear a big bulky bra. I bought the bra that was the least uncomfortable of the 3. The next day I put the bra on and within an hour I was in significant pain from the bra. I got fed up and went downtown to a place recommended by my surgeon. The lady at this place took one look of me and made me take the bra off, she could see the pressure points of where it was causing me pain and said the bra was the wrong size and was doing more bad than good. Thank god I went down there, the first bra I put on was heavenly, big boobs don't mean sacrificing comfortable bras! read more

It's SO nice to be able to go to this store and find bras that fit! The staff are so helpful, spend so much time with you, and really know what looks good. I had to find a bra to help me look right in a tight bridesmaid's dress and they were able to help me find just the right "va va va voom" one that works perfectly as well as a Spanx garment that makes me look 10 pounds lighter! They also have tons of cute lingerie and bathing suits (hooray, plus size bathing suits that don't like they're for your grandma!). As someone with large breasts since I was a teenager, bra shopping has always been nightmare! I found this shop online, and decided to check it out when I travelled to the mainland from Vancouver Island. Let me tell you, they we're friendly and helpful without being pushy or insincere. The shop is spotless, organized and visually appealing. I was taken for a fitting...something I loathe! Terra made me feel comfortable, and then showed me on the fitting room ipad (yes there is one in every dressing room) bras in stock in my size. To my surprise, there was more than two beige full coverage bras, rather many styles and colours! I not only found ONE bra that fit like a dream, but had many to choose from! I left with two another time my husband ordered some lingerie for me online, and they even hand wrote out his "cheeky" gift note. I have been a loyal customer to Forever Yours for years. Regular dept. stores go up to D or DDD cup, and have some very large band sizes, but they don't have regular band sizes with large cups. Forever Yours markets themselves has selling hard to find sizes. It was so nice to feel I could shop for what I liked and ask for it in my size! They have now offended and disappointed me. They keep the small and average size bras out in the pretty display area. When I request a 38J or 38 K - I have to describe what I am interested in & they go and get a selection from "the back." They don't keep the 'hard to find' sizes on the floor. They now have a quite limited selection in the larger sizes. Additionally, I used to buy some quite expensive bras because they could provide the modern, sexy, colourful look in a well structured supportive larger bra. I would buy some average price bras and a couple of special more pricey ones. BUT now, the bra selection they carry, in my size, is mostly crap. They have the general look of modern colour, but the quality is dreadful! They are made of some kind of course netting material & worst of all the construction is horrible. The big cup is like a big soft bowl - no shaping or structure. These bras are priced at about $50-$80 which is a lot for poor quality, and a lot compared to regular dept. stores. I was so frustrated - I ask the clerk to "just bring me your most expensive bra." in my size. In this way - I managed to get a choice of only one pretty, well made bra in my size for $199. So I bought it and I like it. But I am not going to drive across town to have a choice of one bra!! In addition they have really totally offended me. I can go to a regular store to be told that they only have a few big size things, in limited colours, limited choice, mostly the crappy stuff. Ha ha. And of course those stores are much cheaper. So I think the time has come for me to research shopping on line. If you have been measured once; or if you have had a large bust all your life - I think you pretty much know what size you need and can almost tell by looking what style works best for you. So "on-line" here I come. But I would love it - if Forever Yours saw the error of their ways and changed back. read more

I had shopped in this store before and had a wonderful experience. I was sold two bras and as it turned out the band size they recommended was to tight and it was too uncomfortable for me to break in as they recommended.The last time I went in will be my last. I was very specific on my needs. It took the second sales associate to tell me they did not have anything for me and recommended that I shop online and inquire if I saw anything there that I liked in the future. For a specialty store I should not have left empty handed and told to shop online.I have shopped at Diane's lingerie for years and have never left empty handed or told to look online. i thought this place was for just plus size and i went in one day with my cousin and realized they had smaller sizes too!! i was so excited the ladies were all so helpful in this store i left with a beautiful bikini that fits like it was made for me!!!
