Then got a receipt. I thought it was a bit much but it's for my safety. The next time I came in a few days later , now I don't have to sign a list. However now she says she has to open all packages. If I'm wrong someone enlighten me. This seems to be a breach of privacy, I asked her what if it was confidential? That doesn't seem right. So she opened it and asked what they were , I said letters. She felt it and said Oh no we can't send credit cards. What?? My job is to forward people's mail who are temporarily out of the country. I said this man has paid you almost 200.00 and you can't send it? She thinks about it then says I guess we can because the envelopes haven't been opened. So she tapes it back up and I get a receipt that looks different than 2 days ago. Not the best service for the extravagant prices they charge!

I moved all the way to the very back to fold my laundry to avoid dander getting on my freshly cleaned clothes, and the same woman followed back there. I politely explained my allergy and why I moved. She responded by screaming at me and calling me obscenities. I informed the employee on duty, who clearly did not care at all. To make things worse, a homeless man then came in with a dog and started yelling at the staff because he couldn't access the restroom without money on his card. This place desperately needs better management--and honestly, security. As a paying customer, there's a basic level of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism that should be expected.
