I have always received top notch respect and customer service from the both of them. Even when I didn't deserve it. They both were committed to helping me and ensuring the best experience possible. They have affordable pricing for shipping, private mail boxes, supplies etc. It's always so clean, easy and a fun environment overall. When I had to have an 99 page fax to be sent. That was even handled with care and affordability from their end. You never feel rushed or like you're not important. All of "Martin's" staff are amazing people. Went here for notary service and was pleased to find a fellow Bronco fan working the counter... pretty sure he's the owner but I don't want to misspeak. Both folks working had great attitudes and were very helpful. I called ahead and they were almost done with notary for the night but stayed open since I was right down the street. It was a bit pricey but I appreciate the effort and courtesy that they stayed late so it made it worth the price. Has all your mailing needs, plus notary, mailbox rentals with actual street address and email/text notifications, great for those work from home impresarios The ship with all the majors like FedEx and DHL but also the Post Office, and since they close at 6 and the post office closes at 5, you can come here and don't have to speed after work (at least that's what my wife said) read more

Going to the regular post office can feel like you're a child trying to win over your impossible-to-please parent. Thank goodness neither of my parents are like that, so my only experience in being made to feel like this is when I go to USPS. The package I bring is never good enough ("the address label is facing the wrong way - it is supposed to be horizontal not vertical;" "there isn't enough tape on here- you need to go to the back of the line and grab some tape to purchase so you can tape this better before I will ship it;" *death stare when I ask a simple question such as which post office this general delivery package will go to if there are two post offices within the same zip code.*) YES! A town like that does exist. Get a hold of me and I will tell you where!! And, even when I do everything right and have no questions or challenges, the representative is still always crabby! I can think of two or three friendly representatives I have met in my entire life of going to the post office. And I'm talking post offices in NV, WA, and OR. On to this wonderful business: you have singlehandedly saved me from ever having to step foot in a post office again! THANK YOU! I walked in today with a birthday bag full of gifts with nothing in my hand but a sharpie to write the address. I had no box, I had no tape, and I was feeling like a rebel. I knew in my heart, though, that they would help me package my item here. This isn't the USPS, after all! This is a private business that cares about customer service. The friendly woman who helped me as well as her kind coworker not only talked with me about the least expensive way for me to ship the birthday gifts, but they asked thoughtful questions such as if the items were smooshable. Long story short, I was able to send the birthday bag and its goodies Priority Mail. And I didn't even have to use my sharpie because the friendly woman typed in the address and printed it out to place it on the package herself. I paid for overnight shipping of a package via FedEx at this location and the package didn't get there for over a week. The manager said that he could not submit a refund request without contacting FedEx, but he refused to do so on the spot and said that I should call him. When I called, I left a voicemail and I called every day for a week and got no response back. therefore, I called FedEx and asked if he put in a refund request and FedEx said he had not done so. However, the manager claims that he did so in a Google review response and that was a lie. He simply wanted to keep my money give me the services were not provided and FedEx and they would provide a refund because they failed to deliver. This is not an ethical place run by ethical manager. I cannot recommend this place even though I've done business there for over a year because of this one incident. read more

Super nice, & quick service! I needed to get a paper notarized and I was in & out within 10 minutes.

I learned a big lesson today...come here if you want to spend 3x the amount of what you would pay if you went to an official FedEx store. I sent some letters to the East coast, not even a quarter pound in weight. Paid $44 for it to arrive Thursday. Asked the guy who handled my purchase if the price they quoted would be the same as if I went to an actual FedEx store, he said yes. Just out of curiosity, I thought to call FedEx right now and they quoted me $12+ for the same package to arrive Wednesday evening. I get that sometimes it's hard to find a FedEx location, but they've said that they operate officially out of Walgreens, so they're never more than a couple of miles away from you, I would think. Obviously, the choice is yours, and obviously this was my mistake, but I have never felt so cheated and conned as much as this. It's a pretty steep lesson to learn, but I know that it's definitely not one that I'm going to make twice, seeing as I'm never stepping foot in this store again. read more

I've been receiving my mail here for years. The staff is always pleasant and they greet u when u walk in which is nice. I was living out of state for a while and was able to have them forward all of my important mail in a priority mail envelope, and they even scanned some important documents for me that were time sensitive. Probably the friendliest most professionally shipping location I've ever been to. My online retail store has never seemed more professional. They print my labels, (via email) box my packages and get them out on time. Yes, being a small shop it can have a longer wait time. But given how each one of my packages are treated and the quality of service I really don't mind in the slightest. Cost of packaging is very affordable and there are multiple sources of delivery available i.e Ups, FedEx, USPS. The boxes are put together without it looking like it had a fight with a tape gun. I really don't have anything negative to say here. Just seems like a small business trying to get by with real people who work there. Went in to ship something, waited for guy to finish up with a customer. Had to get his attention as he didn't attempt to greet me. Asked for assistance, he reluctantly answered a question before answering the phone mid sentence. I stood there waiting, a female employee just stared at me. Finally decided to just drop off my mail and leave, handed her my mail and she just held it in her hand. Asked her where she'd be putting it and she dropped it in a random open box behind her. Always warmly greeted when I arrive, feels friendly a homely. Attemtive , thorough service. My previous notary experiences at other places have been mediocre. I felt like almost all treated me as if I was nuisance (ahem my bank of over 10+ years) for asking to notarize things. Other places like Post Net or UPS would have no notaries on site or they charge $10 for one single notary. Call me cheap but notarizing a document should be fast, simple & inexpensive. So here I am leaving a review for this place. I called and asked if they had a notary on site today and I was so used to getting "Nope, not today." Or "Yes but she's leaving soon." that I was shocked I heard a friendly male voice saying they have notary till they close! Yes! Hallelujah! Walked in a little later after the phone call and was greeted by a lovely lady who helped me right away.. And with a friendly smile too! I happily gave her $5.00 and was out in less than 10 mins.
