Hey yall! I've been shipping letters with usps & ups. It's only $.99 cent to send and or $1.69 sometimes $.79 cent. There's never a huge issue with doing this other than sometimes the employees really don't wanna be at work and it shows, otherwise sometimes they're in good moods. It's quick and efficient. My letters get there on time no issue. I can just walk here. Open on Saturdays! Thanks! read more

This store used to be great. I think the owner changed or they became lazy. My package wasn't sent out correctly. I provided everything. The you Hispanic girl with brown hair took my package. They don't realize if it was their package they would be upset. No customer service or accountability in this location. They didn't put the right slip on the return package so it was tendered to a return agent by usps. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere. read more

Have used this store for several years and wanted to share how efficient and pleasant everyone is who works there.

Customer service is Shallow from the moment you walk in, and if you have an Amazon return it will not make it to the truck and you will absolutely be waiting for your refund for years being one of the statistics. I dropped my package off for Amazon return had to pay for a label cause I didn't have a printer to print my own label. Was told pickup would be that day but somehow it nvr made it to the truck this was on 5/10/2025 package dropped off. On 5/24/25 still inquiring about my refund still has not been scanned for the truck. Physically went into the store. I was told by someone playing manager that it's already been shipped out and once it leaves the facility it's out of their hands. Come to find out it's a lie that was told to shut me up and get me to leave. I hope the store sees this review because I'm not going to stop until I get my money back for my package that was supposed to be returned. I have already reached out to the complaint center for UPS, a couple news outlets (pending response), all my social media platforms, and a couple other outlets. I am not going to keep going into businesses that think they can decide how to treat people and have the audacity to create scenarios and lies. read more

Horrible customer service!!! Don't bother at the store at Tropicana by Hualapai. Both men workers in there did not care at all about me as the customer. They were closing up for Thanksgiving on the day before. They have a sign posted that they would close an hour early (5). I was there at 5:01. Both men saw me. One ignored me. The other signaled no a few times and then turned his back on me. I just needed to drop off 2 packages for my customers. Their website said they closed at 6. To see me and have their computer still on and ignore me was very sad and frustrating. Those that care about their customers would have opened the door and taken the two packages. This is the worst UPS store they are dishonest.. avoid the store at all cost.. they screwed me out of $10.. I need a package shipped to a UPS access pick up location... I called the store to check if they were a UPS pick up access point location.. and verify address to use. I was directed to use store. Address my name on package and that's is as is with all access points locations I double cheaked ever thing with store even to pick up package there's no cost as long as it shipped u p s as is with all u p s locations. No cost to pick up ..this is done to prevent. You package. To sit out side your home and vulnerable to be robbed.. This is a secure location. Keep your package safe and secure but now you have to deal with unscrupulous UPS stores franchisees... like this one at 2550 e dessert inn rd Las Vegas and change the game plan after. They get your package this store did so I proceeded to have the package delivered through this access to this store . Now after package. Arrives. I go to pick it up this store changes there tune. And hold my package hostage ..refuses to give it to me y package and demands I pay them $10.to get I already paid to have this packame shipped with UPS.. now I have this scamming store robbing me and holding my package hostage with the extortion fee of $10.. avoid this store. I have had. 50 or more packages. Shipped. With ups to the access point pick up location. Never ever had a problem . This is truly one for the books. I never felt so ripped off scammed with this store and their gangbanger mentality they all should be fired and UPS should remove their franchise after this. Waited about 25 mins to get my Amazon package returned, the employee zoomed in on would show someone how to use the copy machine and then go back and take a sip of her drink then play on her phone and come back every 2 mins, it was a complete joke, I'm not sure who's managing this place but they really aren't watching their employees, there's no reason why I should've had to wait this long when it took about 30 seconds to scan my return and then I left read more

Went in to print a single sheet of paper. we were charged $0.59 for the copy, $0.05 in tax and $2 for scanning, so $2.64. we did not scan ANYTHING, but I just wanted to go. Charging $2.64 for a single piece of paper with some ink on it is a rip off. read more

*Late review - this is for Jan 21 about 2pm Customer service: 5 stars! If I could give 6 stars for me and my brother's wonderful experience at this store. Helena is amazing! She is fast, efficient, friendly and aware of her surroundings. Me and my brother got in first and we asked Helena about sending something by email to print. She directed us to the side by the door where the instructions for email and the beeper (beeps when they receive your email) are located. Then people started coming in, about 3 more people in the line. Helena was already helping the people in line. When we are about to pay for the print, we were ready to fall in line again but Helena saw us and politely let the people in line that we came in first. Then we needed to print more stuffs but this time, we are using usb. She then directed us to the usb port. While my brother is finding his usb, Helena helped other customers then when she saw us ready again, she politely let the people in line know and went back to helping us. We mailed 2 regular size envelope. I also gave her a USPS priority box and she confirmed she can mail it. She's awesome! Store: clean and organized. A bit small than other UPS store but it is alright. Price: It is a little bit pricey than USPS for regular mail and a bit pricey than library for printing but it is worth it. Also as comparison for the USPS store in the same complex, the USPS store was closed when we came and it says will open at 2pm (after lunch). When we walked out of UPS and saw the USPS again, it was still closed and it was already past 2pm. So I would say UPS is better choice for us at that time. The store manager is not properly trained in her job. If you have packages that need to be packed or shipped this ups store is not the one to go to. There quality of work is unprofessional and done with not a care in the world. Amazon or any returns customers got to be careful that they reading there QR codes. There is no structure in this building and everything and everyone is always all over the place. And way to understaffed and nobody there is trained correctly so be careful and make sure you have information prior leaving the business. read more

Don't ever go to this store they are rude and liars. I had an official document that had to be recorded with the county government immediately. After preparing the document it had to be notarized. I went there for their notary services paid the 15 dollar fee. The notary checked my ID and then stamped it with her notary. I went to the county government to file and record the document and upon presentation of it the county worker said the notary had forgot to fill in the date which needed to be witnessed. The document could not be accepted. I had to start over in preparing the document and then get it notarized properly. So I did all of that at the government building because this was time sensitive. I called the UPS store to tell them of their error and they told me to just fill in the date myself. But the county said the date of signing must be witnessed by the notary and only they could fill that out. Then the UPS store told me if I wanted a refund I would have to come back to the store with the original document they had notarized and my newly notarized document by the county government. I did all of that and they told me the government was lying to.me and I could of dated it myself. I tried to show the clerk how it was crystal clear that the notary Must witness In witness whereof on this _ day of_, 20_. I was never rude and didn't use any cuss words but was adamant that she was wrong and repeatedly attempted to show her their mistake on the document. She became belligerent and loud because I refused to concede that she was right. When I asked for information on a district manager or corporate headquarters that I could contact. She became extremely agitated and told me to get the f..uck out & she was calling the police & proceeded to call them immediately without warning. I paid for a service I didn't get and rather than admit their error she became combative and very nasty. It's the principle that counts here. read more

I came to this store to have a package sent to a relative. There were two ladies working, one thin and another a bit heavy set. I was in line and I was called to the register by the heavy set person while they were on the phone. She then walked off and sometime later she comes back and I say, "don't worry I have all day". She then said I was rude for commenting and she didn't have to help me. So I go to the thin lady and I say, "Wow, I didn't realize I was the rude person". They offer many other services here besides UPS, for example you can get your keys cut here. There's a reason why I believe Fed Ex (I prefer Fed Ex for many reasons- excellent service, ground shipping is reasonable, and dependability overall) to be superior when it comes to shipping your packages. The experiences here reinforced my belief. (Ok, you've probably seen (or heard about) the recent videos of the delivery drivers throwing the fragile boxes over the fence- it was all over the news last month, during the holidays.) This small store is located near the La Bonita supermarket. My husband went here several times for packing and shipping services. My husband sold some limited edition statues (read: FRAGILE) for his dad. These statues (John Wayne, Laurel & Hardy, The Honeymooners) were collector's items. In addition, they were very heavy. The rep said that his packing of the statues was excellent, and claimed that "The only way these are going to break, is if they get run over by a truck!" Well, he was wrong. It was a big mess. The buyers had to request refunds. My husband had to call this guy up several times, and then he referred them to corporate. I think there was a total of four visits here, and only one statue made it to the buyer without any damage. Needless to say, we are no longer selling fragile items of this nature. After several failed attempts, it's safe to say, we will not be using this shipper anymore. We don't want anymore headaches. It looks bad if you're a seller, and items can't be shipped in a proper manner. It's frustrating because you do your part as a seller, but depend on the shipper for service, but this company cannot deliver its promises. read more
