Zero confrontational meat heads, everyone here are respectful good dudes, that will help you get better. Always at your pace. Probably the biggest benefit and icing on the cake with this gym is that it's inside of a CrossFit gym, which you get access to with your membership. The last gym I left was more expensive, had 6 month mandatory commitments, worse training partners, no gym with weights and was more expensive.... no joke the only Bjj gym on the island that makes sense In my opinion. Real bang for your buck over here!

They've got a few that go through a nice patch of wooded area. It's easy to walk and looks nice in the summer and fall. You can walk down to the Lt. Michael P. Murphy Memorial Park right on Lake Ronkonkoma and enjoy that as well.

I completed 4 miles on the blue trail which is much easier than the black diamond trail. But it was a challenge and I had to take some breaks. Still working on that cardio! Lots of vines, roots, and rocks here. On my GPS trail maps, it says this trail has an elevation of 1000ft. Probably true because going downhill was speedy, loopy, and fun. Make sure you have your helmet, safety first! Overton is quite popular and it's also close to the Glacier trail, so do both if you can. Go and enjoy!!
