First off, let me just point out just how impressed I was with their building. Most other shops I've visited look ehh and are usually in crowded lots. Also, I love that they have a sign out front with their name on it instead of just "Tattoo". Inside the shop is clean and open. I love that they have tattoo books for you to browse through as well as their art displayed on the wall. Chase was meticulous with detail and took his time doing each one of my pieces. He's also very nice and I felt very welcomed upon being greeted by him and the other artist there. I will definitely be going back for more!

Walked in on a whim after trying walk ins at several other shops turned me down... walked right in,…read moreexplained my situation, got a couple chuckles and then led right back after being told that they do have a minimum and mine wasn't even close to it... didn't matter, the tattoo was the important part... long story short, I don't like tattoos... my wife loves them and was at her artist getting her new 2000 tattoo... she was excited to get hers, but kept starting her statements about her excitement with "I know you don't like tattoos, but..." She's right, I'm not a fan, but I love my wife, so in an attempt to show solidarity I went to atomic to get the silliest tattoo I could think of... the worlds smallest smiley face (looks like an acid tab... hindsight is 20/20 I suppose lol.) Staff was friendly and non judgmental of my silly reasoning for a tattoo... line work is good, coloring is good, and honestly seeing some of the artists work was truly impressive and if I wanted more tattoos they would certainly be near the top of my list. Arrived to only one woman in the waiting area and thought "wonderful this should be quick". No one came out to see who walked in the door. But that's ok as I see the piercer piercing three girls. I wait. A group of four people walk in talking about what tattoos they are going to get. We wait. No one comes out. Then a group of 5 young girls come in. Talking about what piercings they are going to get. I'm still waiting. No one has come out to check that the door bell has chimed to customers coming in the door. Then the girls getting pierced are done. They come out and start paying. Not ONE WORD from the piercer of "hi I'm sorry for the wait" or "hi we are very busy today what would you like and it will be a couple hours". Nothing. Then at least 6 more people arrive. The waiting area is full. After the piercer is done checking the three girls out she asks one of the 5 girls what piercing she wants. WHAT! Hello. There is a room full of people. I've now been standing there 25 minutes at least because I am loyal to a business, but now I'm disgusted. It is basic common courtesy to acknowledge you have paying people in the room. Beyond angry I leave. No yelling. No blowing up like a psychotic Karen on TikTok. I left and went to Supernova Tattoo Parlor in Round Rock and Ashley did an amazing job with my new piercing.

I went in for a piercing for Friday the 13th (large crowd) but they had a smooth system in place! I put my name on the list, the guy told me it would be about 3-4 hours but they would call me. I went home, finished my tasks for the day, then headed back to the studio. Waited about 30 minutes then I actually received a phone call! Walked in, picked out my piercing and the piercer was ready for me. The piercer was so nice and patient (i'm picky and wanted my navel piercing in a certain position). it did not hurt at all, I told her it was actually an anticlimactic finish haha! I had to purchase their only jewelry offereing, which was expensive - $45 - and I was fine to pay for high quality materials. When wanting to purchase, I was told to wait so the piercer could replace it. The piercer spoke only of who did it, why the metal was junk and why it was that length. I took his recommendation for replacement. He it was brusque and slightly disgusted. Upon checkout, I was charged a piercing fee as well as jewelry. Over 100 bucks when I just needed a replacement ball. Fast forward a few months - the expensive piece fell out and I wanted to replace it with the same high quality materials. I went against my instincts and went back to support local business and artists. I was "informed" that they would have to order it as they do not recommend that piercing at all. I was told of the dangers of migration and tearing - and again heard an opinion about another studio and how bad an idea that piercing is. I had a really disappointing and unsafe experience with Manuel at Legacy Tattoo. He pierced my tongue completely wrong and the process was not sanitary at all. He didn't use a clamp, which is standard for proper placement and safety, and he also used the wrong jewelry size -- there was zero room for swelling, which is extremely dangerous for a fresh tongue piercing. I've had other piercings done and this was by far the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. I would not recommend getting pierced here, especially for something as sensitive as a tongue piercing. Not to mention, when i went back to confront him about it, he got immediately defensive and rude about it and took no accountability.

He completed a goal/memorial tattoo for me of a flower represents flowers grown in my grandfathers garden and "love " for my grandmother's hand writing sample they both have passed . the tattoo I did after reaching my goal of losing over 100 pounds! 10-32 is a very Chill environment and the whole process was relaxed! It does take a while to get in with his busy schedule but totally worth the wait. I have 2 more tattoos already booked with him.
