I have had the pleasure getting pierced by Ashley, The Needle Nook, and she has amazing beside manner. She makes you feel so comfortable that you don't even think of what is going on. I have now had my Madonna, Conch, Snug, Anti-Tragus, and a Double Helix. All the ear piercings done same day scattered between both ears. Went here for my first tattoo. Staff was helpful and friendly but some lines on my tattoo were a bit uneven. I tried my best not to move and if I did it could have messed the artist up. I was staying really close to supernova, and I decided to take a look at what their piercing services look like I went inside, and was greeted very kindly by one of the owners Nova who helped me get my walk-in appointment set up! I ended up getting pierced by Kaleigh who was super awesome and efficient in helping me place where I wanted my piercing and even took extra time to help me fix an older piercing even though I didn't book ahead! I went in to have Manny fix a bad tattoo I had gotten. I was quite surprised at how well he was with fixing it up and making it beautiful. I hold this tattoo very close to my heart because my daughter drew it and was devastated at what the other shop did. He really stepped up and now my daughter and I both adore it. Lesson learned. This was not quoted prior to starting, I was STUNNED at his charge of $180(took about 15 minutes and was just an image from google).
