Wow...I guess I should've read the reviews here PRIOR to wasting my money with this florist. I ordered the premium bouquet upgrade for my MIL for Mother's Day. I contacted customer service thinking we actually had the wrong bouquet delivered on accident and the lady asked me point blank "honey...what did you expect??" Umm...the picture of what you were selling? Horrible experience and will never shop there again. Buyer beware!! She never offered to make things right and basically said the website said something about the bouquet being "as close as possible to what is pictured" (Which it does not). The dimensions that I was supposed to have is 14.5" across and this bouquet was 7". I was so embarrassed having this show up to my MIL. read more

Should be a zero star. Not even a close to what I ordered. The website they use shows three different "levels" Standard, delux, and premium. if you order the premium for $65 you'll get the $45 standard. Called and talked to the owner. Zero help and blew smoke up my rear end. Will not use them again. Lesson learned. read more

My husband ordered Valentine's flowers for me online. I got a yellow and peach arrangement with three wilting peach roses. The picture he wanted showed more than 4 red roses. ( I can't see how many might be on the back side of the arrangement photo.) This arrangement looks like it's ready for a funeral not Valentine's Day. I'm taking them back today and if the owner doesn't replace them, I'm going to take it up with our cc company. After reading so many negative posts, I wish he'd have saved his money (over $100!) Bait and switch! I ordered the "As Shown" Perfectly Pastel Bouquet on-line through FlowerShopping.com. for my Sister for Mother's Day. The picture shows 21 flowers arranged in a lavender vase. The size of the bouquet is 14 1/2" wide and 16 1/2" tall with a variety of 5 different flowers for a total of 21 flowers in a lavender vase. She received a sad little bunch of flowers, half the size as the ordered bouquet in a little green vase. I was so upset when I saw the picture of what she received. She received a total of 10 flowers, some wilting, not even close to the picture of what I ordered. Per the FlowerShopping.com customer satisfaction policy, she had to return the flowers herself, (I live out of state) so I could get a refund. The representative at the store (Forget Me Not Floral) starting telling my Sister the cost break down for each flower in her returned arrangement. The flower shop charges more per flower for the arrangement I ordered and paid for on-line through FlowerShopping.com and substitutes cheaper flowers or doesn't include flowers at all because they cost more than the on-line price. This florist was supposed to deliver a sympathy arrangement from a family member for the passing of my mother-in-law. On the day of her funeral, as we were driving to the cemetery, I received a call from Michelle who, in a short, unsympathetic tone, informed me, the recipient, that she didn't send her delivery drivers "20 miles out into the country" for deliveries and asked if I wanted to pick up the order or cancel it. I didn't want to cancel and make the sender feel bad so I said I would pick it up the following day. Why would she even fulfill the order if she didn't deliver to the address given? When I went to pick it up the following day, the white flowers were brown around the edges and starting to wilt already. Because of the state of the flowers, I then decided to just cancel the order as she offered the previous day. After I left the florist believing the order had been cancelled, the family member spent well over two hours over the course of three days making phone calls trying to get the refund processed to their credit card. Getting the refund was difficult because Michelle stated that the ordered had been delivered!! This florist should not even be in business. read more

Won't let me rate them a zero. My husband rarely gets me flowers and I was excited to receive them. The cream roses were big but also bruised and droopy. The other small flowers were wilted and basically dead. The water in the vase was very cloudy and greenish. Very disappointing will tell everyone how bad these were. wish I would have seen all the horrible reviews before I placed my order. They are all true!!!!! Michelle, the owner left a message for me (after delivery) needing the 3 numbers on my credit card to pay for my order. So I asked my mom for a picture of the flowers and it was PATHETIC (See pictures below). They sent a totally different arrangement than what I ordered - at least 10-15 mini carnations were missing and it had a plain vase and flowers. No one called to ask me if that was alright. I called the owner Michelle about what she sent - and said it was nothing like the picture and that I was giving her a chance to correct it. She saw nothing wrong with it and made all kinds of excuses about why they sent it. She told me my mom could return the flowers to her shop if they didn't want them!! The gift I bought! I just wanted the correct bouquet. She said they didn't have the vase and substituted 15 or more flowers. She offered to take a few dollars off. The pictures tell it all. I said I wish I would Have read the reviews. Your shop has enough bad ones! There was no yelling or name calling or cursing on my part. I own a business and I was giving her a chance to fix it. She hung up On me. Very childish. Very horrible way to run a business. She went and took the flowers back from my mom! She refused to fix it. She texted me back and forth arguing with me. I will never do business with them again. I have had customers yell at me over the years and did whatever I could to make things right. Even if it wasn't our fault I still listened and tried to make them happy. You don't hang up on people! You go out of your way to fix it. Or you do it right the first time and don't rip People off! Totally disappointed with this flower shop. My husband ordered for me a bouquet online and it has been processed and delivered by Forget-Me-Not. He paid over $70 and it`s not only that they look way different than on the picture but also are old and started falling apart immediately! It supposed to be a nice bouquet with red roses mixed with carnations, with nice red ribbon attached, size described online was 17Hx15L but instead I got couple flowers filled with leaves around to optically enlarge the bouquet, and the size is ( with these leaves ) 13Hx10L, no ribbon and visibly old flowers falling apart. I don`t think they thought I was going to visit their shop because once I walked in the lady was very surprised. She didn`t even say she is sorry, more, she literally said to me that I got a beautiful arrangement for way more than he (refereeing to my husband ) paid for! Should be zero stars or even a negative rating. Ordered the large floral display for a gift from 1-800-flowers. Photos show discrepancy between display photo and what was actually delivered. Arrangement was puny and flowers were dying. 1-800-Flowers stated they would have flowers re-delivered the next day. I received a text stating that this was done, however, recipient NEVER received the flowers!! Even their home security proved they never had flowers delivered. I even left 2 messages with this floral shop prior to the scheduled re-delivery, requesting them to phone me to be assured 2nd delivery date was when Recipient would be at home. I NEVER received a call back from this florist. Overall, this order took a ridiculous amount of both my time and the recipient's (checking home cameras, etc.), trying to correct the order. What should have been a beautiful and surprising gift was an arduous experience. IMO, this is a sham of a business. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST! Judging by the reviews, I just can't understand how they are still in business. My guess is that they receive the majority of their business from online ordering companies like 1-800 flowers. Certainly local people would not be using them, and probably most people would just accept the faulty order when they order from an online company (i.e., 1-800-flowers, etc. ), because of the ridiculously time-consuming experience to try to "make right" an order online. read more

I have never been so disappointed in a purchase or the customer service I received. I called in and ordered flowers for my grandma who was having surgery. I was charged extra for same day delivery. I asked for a specific arrangement, by name, off of their website. The person on the phone asked me "is that the one with the lilies?" The arrangement that arrived to my grandma was nothing like the picture on their website. It was missing key flowers and the substitutions used did not match and were not of the same value. When I called to express my concerns, I was told to slow down. Then I explained what was wrong to which the manager had the audacity to say "what do you want to do about it" instead of offering a way to fix the issue. Then I said that I don't live in Rapid so I can't return them to which she said "well I don't see why that matters." I was finally able to arrange for someone else to return the flowers, thankfully. I will NEVER order flowers from this company again and I will be sure to tell everyone I can to never order from here either. read more

I received an arrangement from Forget-Me-Not Floral for Mothers Day. The roses were all brown at the tips of the petals and the arrangement was very poorly arranged. Because the sender lived out of town I called the business myself to voice my displeasure at receiving dried-up flowers. I had to leave a message and when the call was finally returned the woman told me I could come to their store and "trade out" for fresher flowers but that they would not deliver. Later I learned that the sender had specifically asked for something with a lot of blue. You guessed it--no blue flowers and a black ribbon. I recommend avoiding this shop. Do not use this business! I ordered a fruit/nut/ trail mix/floral basket online for 52.00 and when it got delivered to the hospital it was fruit and a small plant. I called the business to have them correct their error, and the manager was incredibly rude. I asked her to make it right by delivering the nuts and trail mix that were supposed to be part of the gift, and she said, "we can go pick it up and make a new one" WOW! She wanted to take back the gift she just delivered instead of just taking what it was missing. She sux at customer service. It was their mistake, they should have corrected it. If there were an option to choose less than one star, I would do so. We have received four arrangements in the last couple of years from out of state family and friends. Three of them were of such poor quality , I had to call and complain. You will probably never receive a return call with your complaint. They substitute inexpensive flowers for the specific high end ones ordered and just expect that you will understand, but no indication of refund for the difference in cost . I ordered a big, colorful arrangement to be sent to my niece, who was far away from home on her birthday, with the hope of cheering her up. The arrangement actually delivered by Forget-Me-Not Floral, in Rapid City, South Dakota, in no way resembled what I ordered, let alone what I PAID for! The white and yellow roses were changed to chrysanthemums, the bright yellow vase was changed to a plain clear one, the cheerful green and white polkadot ribbon was changed to a plain solid yellow one, and the arrangement was reduced to HALF the number of flowers! I emailed the florist, expressing my concerns. A week later, I received back a list of excuses, citing all of their costs. Michelle Bezpaletz began the email by agreeing that they had delivered something completely different from what I'd ordered, and twice more in the email acknowledged that I probably did not care about their excuses. Absolutely deplorable customer service! I went here to get an estimate on wedding flowers, and it was an absolute waste of my time. We were there an hour and a half looking through books of flowers. EVERY SINGLE TIME I would ask her what an arrangement would cost she would say that she had no idea, and that it depended on the flowers you used. I brought in a picture of exactly what I wanted, what flowers I wanted, what color the flowers were supposed to be, and said, "I want this." She said that she still didn't have any idea until I picked out a specific bar code from the flower arrangement book. The whole point of going there was to get an estimate, and she basically said I couldn't get one until I paid for the flowers first. It was a totally ridiculous "what came first the chicken or the egg" scenario! The woman we met with was also over 50 and busty with a low cut top, and she kept bending down over to look at the books...Needless to say it was very unpleasant to look at! This florist is terrible needs a zero star rating. My mom had ordered me flowers for my birthday through telaflora. Telaflora got the order right flower shop did not. So my mom called telaflora and told them that they delivered the wrong flowers. Telaflora called this flower shop and told them to do a pick up and to deliver the right flowers that evening this was Thursday December 3rd. They never showed up that evening or the next day. My mom had to recall telaflora and telaflora had to go with a different florist in town. I was told that I got to have both flower arrangements do to the florist mistake. Just got a call Monday December 7th from this florist saying they were coming to get my flowers because the order was cancelled. Sriourisly 4 days later you are coming and getting my flowers. I went through a online company called From You Flowers. They contracted the order thru this company. I had the flowers delivered for my sisters birthday. The day of I get a call from the company online stating my sister lives outside the city limits the florist won't deliver to her so she can pick them up or give a different address. So I then had to ruin the surprise and tell my sister what was going on. She gets the flowers and sends me a picture they look NOTHING like what I looked at online. I had ordered an arrangement with bamboo and orchids. This had NONE. When I called the company and told them there must be a mess up it looks nothing like what I bought. They said they would have the florist deliver the correct arrangement the following day. I then get a call saying they can't do it because the florist does not have the correct flowers. Are you kidding me I buy something that they don't have so why can't the put it online that arrangement was out of stock rather than just giving her something that looks like a mess of weeds. Very disappointed in my Valentines Day flower arrangement (which my husband pre-ordered over a week in advance) ~ it was a Teleflora bouquet that he ordered from their shop website ~you order it from a photo and you know what you are expecting. Substitutions are one thing, this was not even close!! Worse yet was the customer service!!! When we called to complain, Michelle at the shop answered and she was so rude to my husband and acted like it was his fault for not ordering in person instead of online. (He ordered from a "menu" because he doesn't know what to ask for ~ he picked something he liked and expected that!) I called her back in disbelief at what she had said to him and she was pretty rude and condescending to me as well. We brought the arrangement in to be fixed the next day (as they were closing when we called) and she still had an attitude toward us. She fixed the arrangement "okay", but certainly didn't go out of her way to make it up to us and still maintained a snotty attitude and tone of voice with us. Another customer was at the counter at the time and pulled me aside as she was leaving to ask if I had a problem with my arrangement. The bouquet looked nothing like the one I ordered and it only contained a small handful of flowers that were half-dead. I have seriously seen gas station bouquets that were more impressive and looked healthier than the one Forget-Me-Not Floral tried to pawn off on my sister! I immediately called Teleflora and filed a complaint. Telefora bent over backwards to make it right. We started by asking Forget-Me-Not Floral to pick up the pathetic excuse of a bouquet and take it back. Then we replaced the order with a completely different florist in Rapid City....one that actually takes pride in their work and their customers.
