I ordered a bouquet over the phone To be delivered. the person I talked to said she was only filling in to help the owner. (should have been a red flag.) I asked for specific stems that I knew they had in stock. she said because the price of a certain stem was higher the price would go up from 150$ to $200. for that much money I expected a spectacular arrangement. what I got was a vase filled mostly with large green filler leaves, a few of the stem I asked for, and a few past-prime roses. it was awful. compared to what I see online, even on THEIR website, I got nothing close to a 200$ piece and it wasn't even arranged professionally. lesson learned- don't work with amateurs! Negatives: 1) They used all the wrong flower types and color in the boutonnières form my son's wedding. They assumed and used the same as the bridal bouquet, but that was incorrect. This caused a lot of wedding morning stress. 2) The boutonnières were extremely poorly made and wrapped sloppily on the bases, and came with one very cheap pin. No magnet like most places use now. 3) The two mother's corsages were also the wrong color and flowers, and looked like tacky junior high dance corsages from the 1980's. Very disappointed. Positives: 1)The bridal bouquet was incredible. So very beautiful. It was so good that it was hard to believe the same shop had mad the other items. 2) they met us on Sunday morning to pick up the flowers. 3) They had me email my paperwork showing the colors and flowers we had selected, and gave us a 100% refund on the spot. read more

I called to order a corsage for Prom, I was given three different tiers of options/prices (carnation, roses, or exotic) I requested the exotic. I was charged the price for the exotic, when I arrived I was given roses. I explained to the associate that the order was wrong and I paid for the exotic higher priced. The associate said I ordered a week before and during that timeframe you just get "designers choice" or whatever they have leftover, I only got to pick the color. So $83. to get whatever they had left. Not happy. Not happy with the service in any way. read more

Walked in yesterday, 4/30/2015, intent to purchase a small arrangement to surprise my wife. Told the woman at the counter what I was looking to spend and what for, and she wrinkled her nose, walked to the case and said, we only have this for that price. I said, "Hmmm, that isn't really what I'm looking for," and there was no response. I then said, "I guess I'll go spend my money elsewhere." I ordered the Flowers first thing in the morning and the sales rep said it would be delivered before noon. It didn't happen. If I knew that I wouldn't have ordered it from them. I think she just wanted my business by telling me that. The customer service line has given me the run around. I don't think I will use this place again. read more

My wife was upset over a few things, so I decided that I would surprise her with a bouquet of fresh flowers. I walked into the store, and told the florist why I had come in. The first bouquet she tries to sell me? A $200 arrangement of roses. I love my wife, but anyone who spends $200 on flowers that will be dead after a week, is just showing off. Ultimately, I ended up spending just under $75, and I made my wife's day better. After I got back home, I was curious to see if the online prices were comparable to my buying local. That was when the sick realization set in that I had been taken for a very, very......very, ignorant customer. I found an almost identical arrangement for a modest $25, free overnight delivery, and guaranteed fresh delivery by 0930hrs.
