I called and spoke with a salesman who setup a plan. He mentioned that since I started a little…read morelate I would have to get two weed emergence treatments to catch up. The first service was supposed to be 29.95 and then 66.50 for the remaining services. I logged onto the customer portal and saw they intended to charge me for two of the same treatments on the same day and charge both fees for the one visit. Then when looking at the billing, they intended to charge my credit card for the entire year up front when I was told by the salesman I could cancel anytime. I wanted monthly billing so how could I cancel? When I contacted them, they said they would make the two treatments on separate days but it was too late by that time. The company's sales tactics with this particular salesman left little to be desired and I would never consider using them again.
