Will not recommend this company. They quoted me and was hired to do some work. Only half of what…read morewas proposed was completed (due to the other part already being taken care of by another company). BUT fought me for three months for me to pay for the entire bill, even though only 1/2 the work was done, not only that, it not completed in the time they told me and I had to pay another company to clean up their mess they left behind. When I asked why I have to pay for two trees instead of one, all they said was that this tree was big and took a lot of time!! This company does not care about their customers. We were out-of-state while the work was being completed, and Kevin took time each day to send us pictures of the progress so that we knew what was being done and how it was looking. When the job was completed, he shared a Dropbox folder of all of the before and after pictures along with a video he took walking around our home and pointing out everything they did. We greatly appreciated this level of communication and feel it sets Kevin and his company apart from others. It worked out that I was…read moreplanning on getting a quote for a tree removal, but when they showed up they thought it was for the removal, so they gave me a great price and went ahead and did it that day. What i wasn't happy about was that they drove and parked their trailer in my yard, which we have so carefully tried to get grass to grow in. I told them they could park in the driveway next to ours as the house wasn't occupied, which I thought they did, but when I came back out again it was in the yard. I figured that it was my fault because I didn't request them to stay off the grass so I let it go. They came back the next day to finish picking up the limbs and I requested a quote on getting some limbs cut from another tree for thinning while they were there. They promptly responded and again said they could do it that day, which was great. I asked if they would be careful with the grass because it was on a different side of the house and I didn't figure they would need to be in the grass anyway. I got home and they were working hard, but there were tire rugs all through my yard (we have a corner lot so there is no possible reason why they would need to drive where they did). Their truck was on the street at that point so the damage was already done and there was nothing I could say. Apparently, they ran over 3 street signs while they were there too (my neighbor was present when it happened). Long story short, they got my taken care of very promptly, the price was reasonable, and they were polite, but I would set expectations at the beginning of what you want regarding boundaries of your yard.

Was recommended on the Nextdoor app and I found that the guy who cut the trees down did a pretty…read moregood job but they claim they could do just about anything so I asked them to put dirt at the side of our house to build up the foundation and evidently they hired another person to do that and he complain to me about how much they were paying him and didn't want to go get any dirt and didn't want to haul it to the side of my house so he just went and got bags of topsoil at Lowe's and dumped it at the side of the house very poor quality dirt and I'm really not happy with that part of the job don't think I'll be hiring them again
