I did think it was too dry sadly, otherwise the burger were have been a 10/10 if I had ordered the regular bun. But if I had to eat gluten free id like to know this about their options. So the burger was a 7/10. My friend got the chicken on regular bun and she loved everything about the flavor, it was just extremely messy and half the burger was on her wrapper. She did say her sandwich was too salty but the salt was perfect on her fries. The fries are cut different, never seen them like that before but they were good. Kids meals were good as well. We did order the fried pickles only to realized they were spears afterwards. They were yummy but I'd prefer them the sliced way. Overall we loved everything. We'll be stopping again for sure.

We opted for the heavy hors d'oeuvres and the duet plate dinner, and every dish was exceptional. The seared beef with demi-glace sauce was cooked perfectly and received endless compliments along with the local caught fish! Also, the potato pave is a must as a side! As the bride and groom we added crab cakes to our plate and they were amazing. We used Johanna's bartenders, who were wonderful, and later in the evening, Espresso Martinis were served, which our guests absolutely loved. The staff was amazing--they served all the food and even handled cleanup seamlessly. Johanna herself was wonderful; we scheduled a tasting before the wedding, and she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. Her service is truly top-notch. Mike agreed to deliver the food weeks before. Then at last minute, as we were finishing up a 10-hour drive with little kids in the car, Mike called and asked us to pick up the food. We were exhausted. Traffic was really bad. We didn't know the area, and it would be inconvenient, defeating the purpose. We said no. He complained, and then charged us an EXTRA $100 after he had already agreed to deliver the food. Whaaaaat??? I wasn't going to post this review until my wife received an invoice 2 weeks ago for the $100 delivery charge that he invented after the fact. No, we will not pay it Mike. Presentation was terrible. Not what you expect from a caterer. The BBQ didn't look fresh. See pictures. Taste was bland. Nobody ate it. Dessert looked and tasted like it was from a Duncan Hines box. We asked for some ham and turkey sandwiches. He gave us one slice of cheese and one slice of cold meat on each sandwich, so ratio of bread to meat was off. Bread didn't taste fresh. Fixings were all jarred from grocery store. Pretty sure he bought everything in a grocery store and put it in foil tins, but charged catering prices. Save yourself a ton of money and frustration and order delivery from a local restaurant or go to grocery store yourself for this level of quality.

When I told Mike that there would be 16 people, he didn't even bat an eye. He was able to create a traditional Thanksgiving meal that everyone (even the 6 kids) LOVED! I was able to e-mail Mike a menu and from there he took over. He took care of all the shopping as well. He was on time with his delivery and even threw in a few extra things! The meal was outstanding. My family and I spent the majority of the dinner talking about how delicious every item was and we were each saying what our favorite thing was. (As a side note, the stuffing was the best I have ever had!). All of my interactions with Mike were very professional and his response time in getting back in touch with me was quick. I would recommend Mike to anyone and look forward to working with him in the future.

Unfortunately this is sort of mentioned in passing on the web site, with no details. In reality its a subset of the "catering" menu. We had to show up to understand the offering. They were also large, designed to feed a group. They really need to hi light this option on the web site better, with some pricing and pictures. I think it would be much more popular. Drink selection is small from a cooler of bottles. If they really want to push the sub business a fountain is probably a requirement. And finally. No meatball sub? That's almost criminal!
