The techs were extremely thorough and at the end of the job, they did a detailed inspection of the tank for cracks/leaks, while at the same time removing all intruding roots/vegetation. They also took the time to wash and clean the insides of the tanks. The last company we had wouldn't even pump out the last foot of debris from our tank but still charged full price. What a disappointment they were. Southern Septic was such a breath of fresh air compared to that last company. I would give Southern Septic full 10 stars if I could. They were amazing. For those on a tight budget, they also had the best price that we've ever paid. Give Southern a try! You won't be disappointed!

When I explained that I have a job and can't just be sitting at home all day, they briefly offered an hour notification before arrival, until a second lady who was yelling and backstabbing me in the background throughout the conversation told the receptionist I should go somewhere else and told her to hang up on me.
