He gave us an estimate and collected his $149. We thought Appliance King was going to do the repair. But less than 5 minutes after they left, they called and said they do not service our brand/model. You can buy off the floor or order your pieces with whatever fabric you prefer. It is a local small business, which I love. The only downside to that is the lack of national delivery. They will arrange shipping for you if you aren't local, but it's via a non-affiliated cargo/freight service. We had no problem with this, but it's something to consider. Lastly, the service was awesome. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. The owner was on site when I was there and was a sweetie. They are far less money than typical high-end patio stores, but far more than target, home Depot and Sears. But again, you can customize fabrics at this store, which you can't do at the chains I mentioned. Great experience all around.

Not only were we practically forced out of this store on false accusation but I really felt discriminated, as if I couldn't afford anything in this store ( We can) .
