I tried it and it was dull and old (it is a regular on tap for about a year). Called hoping to get a fresher one. Was told "nope" and I should be grateful as the other one was 4 months old. I asked if there were ANY IPAs (not just the brand I bought) available that was fresh and a different guy (manager?) picks up and tells me no, all their IPAs in kegs are 5 to 6 months old. Either he wanted to get me off the phone and not try to make it right or he was telling the truth. Either way, I've found a new distributor. Thousands spent supporting the local, gone in a phone call. Any yes, contacted them via email and waited a week. No response. Old stale kegs, bad poor customer service. Bye.

I went in to buy a slushie and he told me about all of the new flavors and gave me his personal recommendations. He offered me samples and joked around with me as I taste tested. When I apologized that I had no cash for a tip he said he doesn't work for tips. He was just happy to help me. He shook my hand and said he was happy to meet me. And wished me a great day. I was determined though and found $1.50 in coins and two free drink tokens for the Alliance Fire Hall in my purse to offer him. LOL I hope to run into him there to thank him again. GREAT STAFF! But the thing that encourages me to visit and spend my money versus going to the competition are responses like the one left by this co-owner. This is an individual who really cares about the business and understands that without its customers the business evaporates.
