At the counter, with no one there, I dialed the phone # again - curious. The only employee, finally came over and I asked if they were still open. She clicked her nails on the counter and gave me "a look". I explained, that I had called repeatedly and no one answered - wondering if store was open. She only glared at me and then, refused to serve me, calling me rude. I have never had anyone call me rude, ever. I am a working class person, always respectful of others, regardless of race, gender, etc. When I asked if she could please, accept my apology and allow me to purchase this bottle of wine, as it was for a friend's birthday at my apartment (friends were actually waiting for me} she became even more absurd and nasty. Cleary not a stable person - my main point here. Please avoid. Worst shopping experience I have ever had!

I'm always looking for something specific and they didn't have it but that was okay. I also didn't see one of the local ones I wanted, but that just might be because they aren't stocked there. Overall it's clean, well organized, and staff is great. They also apparently do wine tastings which I thought was neat! I'd call the store for that ! This parking lot is bonkers though especially during the holiday season. Not their fault, but it does make visiting this particular location a little more taxing.

The store was clean and well lit. I was greeted warmly when I entered and staff seemed happy to be there being attentive to the needs of the customers. These stores come nowhere close to a Total Wine and More superstore which are not in Pennsylvania, but they do offer nice choices. The specific Reisling I wanted was only at this store near me and I was more than happy that they held the half case for a few days as I couldn't make it out here until the weekend. My Thanksgiving will be a little better now.
