There's occasionally some live music, and they schedule beer brewing classes every so often. The monthly Wine Dinners showcase his unending search for lesser known, and often hard to find wines within the contiguous United States- Jason being an ex-pat Aussie. The food is usually paired very well, and executed as such. There do seem to be a regularly rotating staff, but that's irrelevant to the experiences. It's his show. The Pizza: The Bushwick without Speck... 7/10... I would order this again... super simple and cheese pizza with jalpeño & hot honey. The crust was just perfect not overdone or burnt!
