I never did that, but I believe that I have access to the gym during all business hours (including after office hours) as someone with a membership so I don't know why they said that as if it was a negative thing because that's something that's included in the membership, but again I never did that. I only went to their gyms during business hours and if they want to prove me wrong by showing me video surveillance of me being there during non-business hours they can because I know I never did that, I only went to their gym a total of 2 times including the time I signed up. Edit Honestly the fact that you keep replying with saying you have "security footage" and that you're happy to show it to me, you'd obviously not show the part of you implying I could be stealing a service, I was made to feel like a was stealing a service MULTIPLE times! And you think showing me " security footage " from one day makes anything better?? all you have to do is not show a part of the footage to be "proved right." I really doubt you remember the exact time and day I was there 6 months ago when you insinuated I was stealing a service, and you're only going to show the footage on a day you don't say that obviously, the fact that you're doubling down instead of just apologizing is unprofessional and ridiculous.
