If your appointment is for 2 pm, be there a few minutes early because at 2 pm you will be walking back to a room. Whatever the purpose of the visit, you will taken care of and on your way quicker than most haircuts or fast food drive-thru's. Dr O told me they will refer me since the x-ray came back with nothing. I called they told me no referral was on file and they couldn't prescribe me anything for my pain.
