Customer Service: 5 Location: 5…read moreCleanliness: 5 Affordability: 5 I stopped by this Mavis Tires & Brakes location yesterday, because I had a feeling that my vehicle was in need of some new brakes. So I called first thing in the morning (0800 am) to see if I needed an appointment,  and Seth (store manager) said that they do a free brake inspection. He encouraged me to bring my vehicle into their shop within a hour, he felt very confident that they would be able to get too it quickly.  Upon entering the shop I couldn't help but to notice that the facility was very clean and well maintained.  Seth was the first employee that greeted me, and he was very professional. He quickly got my vehicle into a bay, and within 15 minutes one of his employees was conducting an inspection. Once they determined that I needed new front rotors, front disc brakes, and new rear shocks. Seth provided me with a price quote. I felt like their price rates were affordable and comparable to similar repair shops. I was very impressed with the customer service that I received, hopefully I wont need to return because of the repairs. Seth pointed out that they warranty their work, which is 12,000 miles or one year from the date of repair. I sure we will back in near future for repairs

Wouldn't rotate tires due to company policy and them being 2016 tires (only 50k miles on them and in good shape). Pressed the manager who comped the work and overrode company policy.

They gave me options on the repair. They gave me a cost up front. They told me when they could fix…read moremy car. It took a little longer than they thought but didn't charge me more. The car was repaired back to its original condition. They were honest with me and I appreciate that.
