I also have to hand it to BJ who did the installations. We spread this project over 3 orders a couple weeks apart to take time figuring out what we needed. Each time, BJ was thorough, thoughtful, and fast. We have black windows throughout the house, which is new for us and made design selections a little trickier, but the results are outstanding. Wil and team went above and beyond to get the colors exactly right and ensure everything was measured and designed to spec for each window. There are way more decisions to make than you realize, so having someone knowledgeable to walk us through the options made all the difference. The results speak for themselves. I wish the photos did them justice! They're even better in person. We went with white 2-inch faux wood blinds (they look awesome with the black windows!), sheer black solar roller shades, and extra-large wood plantation shutters custom painted to match the window trim. I met with Tim Castleberry and immediately within 15 minutes of meeting, talking to him and seeing the samples he showed to us, I knew I will be in right hands by working with them. These guys have been in business for really long time and they are local Atlanta company and manufacture their own shutters. I felt that they really cared about the quality since they were not typical third party resellers and since it was their family own business, they offered the best value for money. The best part is - Tim not only offered me an excellent price but also told me that they offer lifetime warranty which means anything happens to any of the shutters they will fix / replace it for free. I felt thats really huge. With leap of faith, I ordered shutters for my entire home and requested him to deliver on time within few days of my closing. We stayed in touch and I told him my closing date few weeks before closing and he said they are right on time. The day after I closed their staff set up a time to come and install my shutters. Their installers came on time and did an outstanding clean job installing my already looking awesome shutters. The whole look and feel of my home changed 360 degrees after shutters were installed. All my neighbors gave us compliments on this new addition to our home. My initial apprehension to hire a non branded big company for fairly large investment on this part of home upgrade soon turned into one of my best decisions so far I made while building my new home. The owner or supervisor is never there and you would be better off hiring the workers yourself because that is what she did. They left all their trash and did not come back to complete the touchups. Pay the extra and avoid this company unless cheap is what you want.
