I asked for help in getting needed tilt-rod connectors (which connect the tilt rod to the vanes). They called their subcontractor (Blinds by Noon) who supplied and installed my shutters. The subcontractor replied they had no record of doing business with me - end of conversation. I called the manufacturer who suggested I contact Cigma Shades and Blinds. I did and explained my problem. In short order I received, at no charge, a packet of tilt-rod connectors. And so I ask; If a company treats a non-customer in need so well, how well will they treat their customers? If you are in the area serviced by Cigma Blinds and Shutters, you will do well to contact them for your window needs.

We were guided through the measuring process by an excellent, detail-oriented customer service employee named Erica. The result being an excellent, custom fit in each window. The quality of the blinds is great too. Recently, the veneer finish on 2 of the 6 valences began to peel. I think they had been added to our original order after a measuring mix-up and may have been made by a different supplier than the bulk of our order. Delta replaced them.
