Their customer service is terrible. This was my first time buying a brand new vehicle. The salesperson was great until the financing process started. I wasn't given a time frame and they knew the co applicant had only a couple of days before leaving town. They never contacted me with the outcome and any time I called they were rude and sounded inconvenienced. You would think working commission based they would be more accommodating. That was my first experience with a dealership and I will be looking elsewhere for my purchase. read more
