Two weeks later, after driving across the country, I arrived, entered the facility with no issues, and moved in without ever needing to speak to anyone. The process was incredibly simple and convenient. One helpful tip for first-time renters: the small plastic numbered "lock" on the unit isn't your actual lock. It's just a temporary seal that you're supposed to twist and break off before installing your own padlock. The unit doesn't come with a lock, so be sure to bring one. I picked up a padlock at the Love's right around the corner, and the unit can accommodate up to three locks if needed. I've had a great experience so far. The 10x10 unit is the perfect size and honestly feels like an extension of my home with all the extra storage space. The pricing is very reasonable, and everything was exactly as expected when I arrived. My only suggestion would be to install taller fencing around the property. I understand the facility has other security measures in place, but the fence itself appears easy to climb or get over. Other than that, the entire experience has been excellent, and I would definitely recommend this storage facility.
