After unpacking most of my boxes, I've found that many of my boxes have mouse droppings in them and some of my belongings have been burrowed into. Anything that wasn't covered or storages in plastic has been affected. Nothing was offered to me for compensation upon the company learning about the infestation in my unit. I understand that in my rental agreement the owner isn't held liable for damage to belongings. However, this was overall a horrible experience. Do not store your items here, especially through the winter as I suspect the mice came from the field behind the unit and made their way in to get warm for the winter. I selected a 10x10 unit, entered my payment information, paid upfront, then received the lease agreement by email to review and sign. Once everything was complete, I was sent my gate access code. Two weeks later, after driving across the country, I arrived, entered the facility with no issues, and moved in without ever needing to speak to anyone. The process was incredibly simple and convenient. One helpful tip for first-time renters: the small plastic numbered "lock" on the unit isn't your actual lock. It's just a temporary seal that you're supposed to twist and break off before installing your own padlock. The unit doesn't come with a lock, so be sure to bring one. I picked up a padlock at the Love's right around the corner, and the unit can accommodate up to three locks if needed. I've had a great experience so far. The 10x10 unit is the perfect size and honestly feels like an extension of my home with all the extra storage space. The pricing is very reasonable, and everything was exactly as expected when I arrived. My only suggestion would be to install taller fencing around the property. I understand the facility has other security measures in place, but the fence itself appears easy to climb or get over. Other than that, the entire experience has been excellent, and I would definitely recommend this storage facility.

And each time there's just nothing they can do about it. I call the insurance they force us to pay for and "there's no proof of forced entry" so nothing can be done. They have "cameras" whether they work or not they are definitely not covering all units because mine just happened to not be covered. Do not trust your belongings with this company.
