CHM liquor is literally at Costco but has a separate entrance at the side of the store. I listened to staff remind customers several times that they are "not associated with Costco." You do not need to have Costco membership to shop. When I walked in the first thing I noticed is how small the location is, I guess I was expecting much bigger. They have all your average types of wine and liquor but very few brands or specialty items. The prices appear decent/average and staff was helpful and very nice. As far as local options I did see Black Button liquors and Hazlitt wines among others. What really sold me was they were doing a tasting of Root Beer Whiskey (Root Out) and were making mini Root Beer Floats - they were so good! I ended up buying the liquor and will be having floats for dessert tonight. This isn't a location I would make a special trip to, but if you're shopping at Costco then this is a nice spot to pick up something quick.

I grab the bottle and go to put it back and see that the bottles are stacked WAY to high so I hand her the bottle. She's takes the bottle and immediately puts it back on the way too full disply and she tells me that I needed to watch where I'm going. After leaving the store I call and speak to the manager, he's like oh, I can talk to her about it. And you can tell he's just telling me whatever to get me off of the phone. All good. You've lost my business.

It was pretty clear that the cashier did not want to be there, and he told the person in front of me he was out of certain bags already, and it was still the afternoon on what I assume is one of the busiest days of the year. I got a paper bag for my bottle of sparkling wine that looked like a brown bag you'd take your lunch to work in. There are other liquor stores near here with a much better selection. It's convenient for me because it's located in Tops Brighton Plaza and is on the way home from work for me. They stock most of the red wines I drink consistently: Simi, J. Lorh, Josh.
