No phone number to call with issues and the owners won't even open their door now. No customer service whatsoever. When our house did sell we definitely wanted to use Budget Mini Storage. Once again kudos to Marie for making this an easy process. We find that it is so convenient to get in and out, while we are going through things to decide what will work with our house and what won't work. The house we have here is much smaller so we plan to keep the storage unit long term and even use it for seasonal item storage so that we have a clean uncluttered garage.
