First, he arranged to have a temporary gutter hung over our back door within hours of learning that we had water leaking into our kitchen - caused by a heavy downpour from an unexpected storm that passed through North Texas, the night after his gutter team removed our gutters & downspouts (in preparation for the roof replacement the following Monday). Unbeknownst to us, there was a small space between our backdoor and the frame. Second, he had a section of the new roofing tiles taken down and replaced, after I noticed that the pattern of the roof was not random, giving it a curved ladder appearance. They did a good job of sourcing the marble needed to blend in with what was already there. On the house I sold, I looked it over pretty good, and was happy that I saw straight grout lines. No little chips in the marble anywhere, it was a good job. They get in and get work done. I've never had any problem with them flaking out on when they are supposed to show up for work. They have most of the stuff prepared, so when they get there, it's more a matter of installing it, and not spending time "trying to get stuff to fit". The guys that have done work have always been nice, and they've answered any questions or concerns I had, even when I was probably just being an idiot about what I was asking. Last time I used them, they had just moved to a place in Burleson where they said they opened a showroom. I didn't go out there to look, but this was a couple of years ago. Also, I happened to be talking to the owner last time and found out they also do a lot of subcontracting work. I haven't needed anything like that, but I wouldn't hesitate to call and ask them in the future if I needed anything. Been happy with all the work they've done.
