Either way, it's the weekend and in a bit of a bind until my doctors office opened, I did some research and found cryotherapy as a possible fix for the swelling and pain. Having done cryotherapy before, I gotta day, this facility is the best looking one I've come across and I've been to four other ones in the metroplex already. I'm talking from the aesthetics to the actual technology behind the Cryo and other machines I walked by. Most importantly, two things stood out to me: weekend hours and excellent customer service. Many Cryo spots close at noon or 3pm on the weekends, thankfully this place closes at 6pm, a major reason for making the 20 minute drive from North Dallas. Their first time of $20 Cryo was pretty nice too. Last but definitely not least, the two lovely ladies Kaleigh and Tiffany were top notch! Kaleigh was super patient with my crutch hobbling self getting into the locker room, then the Cryo machine etc. Tiffany was great with our kiddos and gave some extra tips and even convinced the Mrs to try cryo for her first time (which she loved!). All in all this women owned and woman ran business was amazing and had that extra touch you don't see everywhere. I look forward to coming back and taking advantage of their other services like their spa. (If you hate the cold, this 20 minute steam station gives you the same benefits as cryo and also helps with detox, good for after a weekend night out)

A few times a stylist would look up at me and smile, but no one asked if I needed assistance at all. Needless to say I left and spent my money elsewhere! A few months later my hair was looking shabby and I needed to get a wuick fix. I was right down the road from Garbo's and thought I should give them another shot. I called and the owner John answered the phone and was very polite. He went out of his way to set an appointment for me later that same day. This time I walked in and was greeted by John! He is just as friendly in person as he was over the phone. I ended up getting a cut, color and style. The stylist was very exuberant and did not force me to follow the styles she was suggesting. Which is highly annoying! My hair looked amazing not only when I walked out of the door, but weeks later. MAC served me looks at this location…read more There are 2 locations in the Hulen Mall, there is a stand alone MAC store and one inside Dillard's (which also features a great restroom). I tried both for subtle looks and found them both impressive. I was working a job promoting a MAC product, matte powder kiss lipstick. You never know what to expect. Will they be warm and inviting, will the makeup be true to who I am, will the artist be diverse. Well, I got my answer and it was yes to everything! The store was lively, centrally located, and it was a party inside. From the moment I walked in, I felt at home. Of course, I was greeted and not ignored. I allowed them to use my face as a canvas and be creative. The makeup artist each day was fast and pretty accurate. I was there 3 days. They matched my foundation pretty close to my skintone. I also learned my foundation number. For now, makeup is done complimentary, so stop by either of the two. If you going out on town, attending an event, or even just going to work - allow them to get you together. I like more natural, so it was spot on.

She scheduled me to come back at 1:00pm. When I came back, I was paired with Lydia. She was super sweet and knew what she was doing. The staff there is very pleasant, joking , laughing and attentive to everyone that walks in. Lydia did a awesome job on my face. Whenever I'm in the area, I will be sure to visit them again.
