So if you get there thirty minutes before 6 and someone's in the bed especially their most expensive and best bed @ $290.00 for a month you'll lose money especially if you work 8 to 5pm like most people. Then your losing money. I've driven 80+ MPH only to get there and have to use a way lower powered bed worth 1/4 of the money you'll pay for the best bed again @ $290.00 for the month. The saddest part is it's clean well maintained. Have friendly high school students/family members working. Knowledgeable and professional. Again it boils done to the operating hours. I handed out their cards to people at work and friends whom many like to go before going out on weekends in Stockyards and west side of Ft. Worth. Sadly now many are angry at due to finding out same time I did about the hours of operation and quitting time for 95% of working people thus losing money especially after loss of work due to Covid pandemic. While it's moderately clean at best it's already got one of the most limited selections of all of the locations but to top it off the ventilation for the beds has been bad for over a year a half which they refuse to fix even in the prism bed there is almost no air coming out of the vents on the bed visit any other location and you'll see the stark difference. It's pretty clear the proprietor of this location does not care about this location at all. For comparison my primary location is the university location where beds are maintained and staff is always friendly and nice even during construction the experience was better. I also utilize the hulen, ridgemar, and alliance locations a couple times a month as errands, work, or familial obligations dictate. At this point I'll just skip a session before stepping foot back in this location it's just not worth this shitty attitudes and poor experience.

But YESTERDAY? These two incredible girls totally blew me away! In all my years, I've never been offered a robe for mixed tanning--such a thoughtful touch! On top of that, they gave me a carry bag for my new lotion (which I got 30% off!), and even threw in 2 red light therapy sessions that I absolutely LOVED. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail reminded me exactly why I've stayed loyal for so long. I…read morehadn't used more than one spray tan over 6 months and of course all the remaining ones that I paid for expired. So I went there the other day out of desperation (I was short on time and my usual place wasn't close to where I was). They tell me that I missed a month's payment (my debit card had expired a few months back) so they charged me for that month. Then I had to pay extra for a combination of two bronzers, extra for the rapid tan solution and extra for the primer. All in all, I spent about $60 in addition to the $15 monthly over 6+ months that I got nothing out of. Also, they use their own brand for spray tan booths and they're awful! The color is so uneven. PBT used to be great but their corporate greed is officially out of control. And the quality is AWFUL when it comes to spray tan services. I usually frequent one of their competitors. That competitor uses Versa Pro spray tan machines, which are so much more effective and way cheaper! I only spend about $70 monthly for unlimited spray tans and also get the use of sauna pods and red light therapy at no additional cost. Do not go here if you are big on spray tans. It's the biggest rip off. Needless to say, I cancelled my membership.

But this evening she listened to me apply lotion through the door and questioned what brand my lotion was and where I purchased it then demanded to see the lotion when I emerged from the room because apparently you are only allowed to use the greatly overpriced lotion purchased at their store. But service here was OK for a while until they put pressure on me to up my membership. Constantly suggesting that I upgrade. And then finally forcing the issue when the only beds available were upgrade beds because the other beds were somehow down. So I canceled my membership, but I had to go back because they were still charging me for it. I never had a problem with anything being dirty, but I do have a problem with treating your customers dirty. And I think it's pretty dirty when you pull a bait and switch and run your business on a shoe string.
