But YESTERDAY? These two incredible girls totally blew me away! In all my years, I've never been offered a robe for mixed tanning--such a thoughtful touch! On top of that, they gave me a carry bag for my new lotion (which I got 30% off!), and even threw in 2 red light therapy sessions that I absolutely LOVED. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail reminded me exactly why I've stayed loyal for so long. So I went there the other day out of desperation (I was short on time and my usual place wasn't close to where I was). They tell me that I missed a month's payment (my debit card had expired a few months back) so they charged me for that month. Then I had to pay extra for a combination of two bronzers, extra for the rapid tan solution and extra for the primer. All in all, I spent about $60 in addition to the $15 monthly over 6+ months that I got nothing out of. Also, they use their own brand for spray tan booths and they're awful! The color is so uneven. PBT used to be great but their corporate greed is officially out of control. And the quality is AWFUL when it comes to spray tan services. I usually frequent one of their competitors. That competitor uses Versa Pro spray tan machines, which are so much more effective and way cheaper! I only spend about $70 monthly for unlimited spray tans and also get the use of sauna pods and red light therapy at no additional cost. Do not go here if you are big on spray tans. It's the biggest rip off. Needless to say, I cancelled my membership.

This location is absolutely disgusting. The beds gave me rashes multiple times and I couldn't…read moreunderstand why until I watched an employee spend only 47 seconds cleaning a bed after it was used. Didn't let the cleaner sit, spend the appropriate amount of time cleaning it and left a towel from the person before. The entire place is covered in dust and grime, even the table in the sitting area has a layer of dust on it. I do multiple services when I go and I am always left standing in a robe for ten minutes in between machines. The robe I have to ask for. Every product I have spent too much money on there has been grimey when I actually unscrew the lid like it's been sitting for ages. The towels the provide are so dingy and falling apart, but you also have to ask for a towel too which is probably why the rooms are SO disgusting. I had brought this to the attention of corporate and they assured me everything would improve, but it only got worse. They then had no towels for a week before bringing the gross ones back. No extra cleaning was done. The employees have no knowledge on the beds whatsoever (nor do they have knowledge on the lotions and products, but will still PUSH selling them soooooo hard) and it's so uncomfortable when they can't advise which bed you should use at whatever point you're at. The rugs in each room are also always covered in hair, lotion, anything but clean. I do not know how this location still has it's doors open with how extremely dirty it is. The stand up red light doesn't even close.
