Not normally big fan of Dr's or…read morethese out patient clinic deal but today I was pleasantly surprised we arrived a little early and from the moment we walked in the staff were fantastic. Nikki the nurse who greeted us and setup everything for my mother-in-law including helping relax and place the IV. Talk about perfect bedside manner this was exactly what she needed because her anxiety was just overwhelming. They spoke with her very soft explaining everything that was going to take place and all possible options then the provided same information to me making sure all parties understood. The procedure was done with local anesthetic and patients are semi-conscious which is good since older & some young people don't handle those heavy anesthesia meds very well. I know for me its not pretty so i appreciate the fact they are very sympathetic to peoples needs and concerns. The other great surprise was they are in no rush to get you up & out the door, they want you to feel good with no concerns or worries before leaving. Highly recommend cause when having to go under the knife you want to feel as comfortable as possible and the less anxiety or anxiousness the better for your procedure & recovery.

They overcharge and can't schedule anything and keep their scheduling straight. I tried to schedule with the office in Southlake,TX, but they scheduled me for Houston. Ok, that's only 5 hrs away. Then finally got rescheduled for Irving. In addition, it only took 4 months to get something scheduled in the first place. In addition, they scheduled me for a day that the clinic wasn't even open. And did I mention that they called and texted me every day for nearly 2 months? And they still couldn't get it right. Go somewhere else if you want to do business with a credible company. Oh, and the first three doctors I scheduled with quit the company.
