When you finally do reach someone, they can ONLY schedule appointments. I was even told they are not onsite, and not even in this country -- so they are unable to help with anything else within the office. Most of the staff listed are nurse practitioners, who seem very under qualified and experienced. The level of care and compassion here is astonishingly poor. My mother is on a prescribed a medication through this office (for nearly a year now), and is down to her last pill. Our pharmacist informed us they have attempted THREE separate times to contact someone at this office for the standard refill, with no response. I have personally tried reaching a medical assistant, a supervisor--someone! I've left multiple voicemails, and even sent an email -- no response. The pharmacy was only able to provide a 3-day emergency supply. This medication cannot be stopped abruptly without the risk of severe side effects, meaning my mother's health has been put at risk due to the negligence and complete lack of communication from this office. Even the pharmacist was astonished! We need this medication refilled for my mother ASAP. At this point, I will be escalating this matter further. This is not how any medical office should operate, especially a neurology practice. Patients deserve better care, better communication, and basic accountability. Do better.

You may want to park on the side near the 2010 building where fewer people tend to park because of the short walk over to the 2020 building. The check in process itself was quick and organized. Dr. Gross took his time in examining me and in discussing or explaining my MRI results. He has a pleasant demeanor and I found him very competent and very professional. Before him, I had been…read moretreated by two other Drs for my lower back and neck injury and both were set on performing lower back surgery. At 40 years of age, I felt and received feedback from friends that one surgery could lead to another and another, etc. Dr. Gross helped me get off of the stronger pain medication and prescribed nerve ablations and physical therapy. He helped me cope with my injury instead of guiding me to a lower back surgery that would put more money in his own pocket. I feel amazingly blessed that I was able to find him and that he was able to treat me. Due to his detailed and thorough nature, he was able to find things in the scans that the technicians and other doctors didn't see, which came in pretty handy when it came to treating me and properly evaluating my ongoing litigations at the time. Now fast forward three years since last I have seen him and I work out six days a week at RAW fitness and I am performing as I had never thought possible after my injury. My injury is still very real and maybe strengthening past torn and bulging disks is not for everyone, but it was right for me and Dr. Gross was the right doctor for me. He did not quit treating me because of my litigations, he quit treating me because I quit needing him. He is very thorough and I would feel very comfortable if he did have to perform a lower back or neck fusion on me in the future. Thank you, thank you, and thank YOU!

He was thorough, compassionate, and genuinely focused on getting to the root of what was going on. I never felt rushed or dismissed. He took the time to explain everything and made sure all necessary tests were done. Two weeks prior, I had gone to St. Rose Hospital for the exact same pain and was told it was esophageal spasms without much testing. The pain went away the next day, but when it came back two weeks later, it was a full 10/10. When I explained this to Dr. Leavit, he told me that esophageal spasms are very difficult to definitively diagnose and that he wanted to run a full workup to be sure we weren't missing anything. I am so grateful he did. It turned out to be my gallbladder, and it needed to be removed. I was told it was close to rupturing, and catching it when they did likely prevented a much more serious situation. I was there for several hours before being admitted to Henderson Hospital, and although there was an emergency situation that caused some delays, the team kept me informed every step of the way. An administrative staff member checked on me multiple times to make sure I was okay and kept me updated, which I really appreciated. I don't remember my nurse's name, but he was equally amazing--kind, attentive, and compassionate. He made sure I had everything I needed during a long stay from about 8 PM to 3 AM. The entire time, I felt cared for, seen, and supported. It was clear that the team genuinely wanted to find answers, not just treat symptoms. I can't say enough good things about the care I received here.

I got signed in and took a seat, it was probably no more than 10 minutes and I was called back to a room. I was seen by the Doctor and you know what? He knew something was wrong, too. When I had some trouble getting the referral to go through, I called back and they helped me get another referral for a different Doctor. All in all, i think I was in the ER for just over an hour. Definitely less than 2 hours. I'm so glad this place is right by my house, both because it's convenient and because I drove myself there with a broken right elbow. Ouch.
