His care for my child really stands apart from the other practitioners we've seen over the years, including the very top MAPS- certified doctors in the country. Through my journey I have gained a lot of expertise in the biomedical treatment of autism symptoms and I can say that his recommendations are the best there is. His reports are very detailed and thorough. The supplements he recommends are the very best in terms of quality, but also from the perspective of ease of administration for a child. Now, if this is your first biomedical consult, you might be overwhelmed by the number of supplements he recommends. The way I look at it is he puts everything on the table so you can take over as Dr. Mom/Dad. This saves you money. Other practitioners might make things simple by offering one supplement recommendation per visit, but you have to keep going back to pay them more. The most important thing is my child is making real progress! Family, friends, teachers and therapists are commenting that they see the difference. I'm also grateful to Dr. Nik for pushing me to try S2C. I didn't really believe him, but it turns out he was right. My child is a brilliant speller!!!!

She was extremely condescending and rude to us, taking every opportunity to tell us how dumb and ignorant we were (even when we were very informed, having researched the topic in question). She also seemed to take every opportunity to tell us how smart she was, how much experience she had, whom she knew in local hospitals, etc. She wanted to treat and order tests for my husband solely based on her interpretation of his labs, without any questions about his symptoms or history. We had to really fight and talk over her to get her to even register some very significant, relevant info from his patient history. Even then, she wanted him to do some very expensive tests we would have had to pay for out-of-pocket and which would have involved lots of time and hardship and unnecessary procedures, when he had no symptoms to indicate these tests were needed (just the lab results, which could have meant many different things). She also missed the condition that my husband actually had. When a lab test came back abnormal that went along with and supported what his symptoms and patient history had caused some concern about, she didn't contact him about it or make any mention of it. He had to take the result to a different doctor who ordered him the medication (Lactulose) and testing that the lab result suggested were necessary, and it did help him. It was a really negative experience. I have debated whether to share becuase I don't want to put negativity into the world, but I thought it might help others to share our honest experience. It was such a negative jarring experience and she was so rude to me -- ruder than anyone has been for maybe 10 years -- that I thought sharing might help others to avoid the negative experience we had, which ended up being expensive and emotionally difficult while we were already going through a lot trying to cope with and confirm his diagnosis. She might be a good doctor for some, and she is certainly very knowledgeable, but we had a very bad experience.

Located right down the street from me where where St. Rose turns into Pecos, there. It was on the left hand side of the street. Plenty of parking outside and very easy to find. Inside the waiting room he was very pleasant, lots of cool things to look at. And plenty of seating for everyone. Side bonus, there was a nice display case with some of the doctors Lego models that he had built. Kudos to him for putting those on display, that made me feel like this was an okay guy. You definitely want to get there early if it's your first time as there is a mound of paperwork to fill out. Seriously, my hand actually got sore from signing my name so much. But hey, that's what you're supposed to expect going to a doctor for the first time. Other than the wait time.. I arrived at 7:20 and didn't get out of there until about 9:10 or 9:15, it was an overall pleasant experience. The nurse practitioner that took care of me was very friendly, very kind, and to the point, even addressing some personal stuff she didn't waver or flinch. I appreciate her attention to detail and her professionalism. Bottom line? I will be going back here again. If it wasn't that good, I wouldn't have even accepted my doctors that referral, and asked for for another one. This place is fine, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend people here!

I checked my visit summary and clinical notes about a week after my awful appointment. Guess who lied and said they performed an exam, during which they found that I have obstructive sleep apnea? That would be Kristy. It says that I have a redundant palate and an elongated uvula. She spent 3 minutes with me and never got within 6 feet of me. How did she find that? So I talked to their office manager, Randi. She was very kind. She sent me a PDF of my official chart, which does not show the oropharyngeal findings. I sent the Healow version to her, which showed she did fabricate an exam. Randi chalked it up to an IT issue, which sounds pretty fake to me. She did acknowledge that Kristy could have led with curiosity rather than assumptions. I was promised a note would be added to my chart to not schedule me with Kristy ever again. I was also offered a do-over with Dr. Yudez and was promised someone would call the next day. No one did, but that's fine. I don't want to be seen by providers who feel empowered to lie.

Henderson Yelpers, I…read moream very happy with Dr. Falcone. First, she is such a positive energy. She is also a wealth of information when it comes to women's health. I see her for my annual Pap and now I am seeing her for perimenopause symptoms and hormone replacement. She is so attentive and doesn't miss a step. I had tried the hormone pellets and they were great just not sustainable realistically long term financially for me, because insurance doesn't cover it. $500 every 3 months is tough for me so I was looking for another option. She asked all the questions for me so that I did not have to know everything to say. She even had information preprinted and gave it to me so that someone my age knows what I need to be doing for myself and my health. I was given an option that would be more affordable and I left the office feeling empowered and hopeful that I will be feeling better soon. She encouraged me to follow up in 9 months. She said she would refill my prescriptions and the back office staff asked me to call to schedule my appointment for October in April when the that part of schedule will open up. The office is busy and there are multiple doctors working and seeing patients. The front office is running smoothly though. I felt like they were pleasant. They have a long lobby with several areas with chairs to sit. The nurse that brought me back, took my vitals, roomed me, and was very nice. I recommend this office and especially Dr. Falcone. She is top notch. Very professional, knowledgeable, and has an excellent bedside manner. I am grateful to have her as my doctor. I would call ahead to check if they are contracted with your insurance and make a an appointment. They are conveniently located in Henderson and they are in a medical complex with a lot of parking. I definitely recommend Dr. Falcone if you need an Gyn.
