I absolutely love the staff - Teacher Helen, Teacher Laura, and Teacher Wong - and all they have done for my son, Johnny, who is on the autism spectrum. This is a small daycare with highly responsible, engaging adults in charge. My son's communication skills skyrocketed after enrolling at XStream. He has since moved on to an autism clinic so both my kids can be together all day, but I would not hesitate to return to XStream if the clinic didn't work out. There's so much enriching about this school: music and dance time, Chinese cultural experiences, going to the park and learning how to be in a group in public. I love everything about this school. Prices are good and hours are even better. Look no further than XStream.

The private school he is at now just does not have the organization, responsiveness, or ability to communicate with parents at the caliber of the teachers and owner of XStream. They were so kind and caring toward my son. Whenever I expressed any concern, instead of getting defensive, they listened with a genuine interest in figuring things out. The overall attitude here is that they want to do their best, inspire kids, and foster fun and learning. I wish all schools were like that. They set a very high standard that a lot of other places, I believe, just don't match.

Wow - I really wish I could give this business 10 stars!…read more I absolutely adore the staff who've helped me get my daughter enrolled. I've spoken to Lauren and a couple of other girls, and they've been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful getting me established. The location has plenty of parking and I truly appreciate how they use a private entrance to keep their families safe. They share the pool area at the LA Fitness, but it's clear they have many safety protocols in place to protect their clients. Another example of this is: the staff wear face shields in the pool while instructing the children. I really appreciate they care holistically about the children's safety. The pool area and locker rooms are spotless and clean - a must! Teacher David was our swim instructor. He was the best part of our experience. David was super respectful, knowledgeable, and great with kids. He gave me tips for teaching my daughter safe water practices and what we can practice with her at home. I highly recommended this program for anyone who wants to feel safe in a swim class and to leave confidently knowing your child is learning life saving skills in the water! Thank you, Safety Splash and team!

My experience with SafeSplash has been very disappointing, and I haven't even started classes yet…read more I initially enrolled online but had several questions because the schedule was confusing, the swim levels weren't clearly explained, and the website didn't provide enough information. When I called, I was already three-quarters of the way through the enrollment process. The representative asked me to cancel my online enrollment so he could enroll me over the phone, saying I'd get a better price. It ended up being exactly the same price. I also asked multiple times about private lessons because my schedule is very limited. Instead of answering my question, the representative kept talking about creating a group class. I had to explain several times that I wasn't looking for a group class--I wanted private lessons on a schedule that worked for me. Eventually, we found one group class that fit my schedule, and it was literally the only time I could attend. I enrolled and paid the annual registration fee based on that schedule. Then, on the day the class was supposed to start, SafeSplash changed the class time, making it impossible for me to attend. Since then, I've called twice and have been promised a callback within 48 hours, but no one has followed up. I've also been told that the annual registration fee is non-refundable because my class "already started"--even though the reason I can't attend is because they changed the schedule after I enrolled. I understand that schedules sometimes need to change, but customers shouldn't be penalized or charged a non-refundable fee when the company changes the only class they were able to attend. I hope SafeSplash reconsiders how it handles situations like this and improves both its communication and customer service. I'm happy to change my review if you change my experience. C. Travis

i wish i can give a zero star for this review if there is such a option. This is probably the worst…read moreclass my 4-year old son has ever attended. The teachers seemed to be very inexperienced and not having sufficient training. My son had an accident during the camp where he fell down and scratched his arm and knee badly, teacher did not provide an accident report or any type of oral explanation when we picked him up. I only saw it when we reached home. During the last day of the camp, he came home with a report saying he was separated from the big group. When we asked farther, we found out he was left alone in the classroom for long time until the school security found him and finally brought him back to his group. The incident happened when the group went out for a break, and it is a big campus. My son said he was looking for his hat and sunglassess in the classroom, and when he turned around the entire class has left without him, and teacher did not even realize that. The class is obviously understaffed, with 10+ kids, there was only one teacher for the entire week. There are some other minor issues as well. During the first week, we found out his teacher threw away his engineering work because it is not good enough. The last week his final project is a plate of candies being put together. I am not sure how that is an engineering project. Yes, if you want your kids get lost, not learning anything, get hurt but without an explanation to you, please send your kids to Engineering for Kids.

While she was applying the tips and trying to file, it kept snapping off and it took 45 minutes before actually putting any acrylic powder. She starts on my right pinky and that finger takes 10 minutes alone. To apply acrylic powder on all fingers takes maybe an hour. Filing and drilling and buffing is what takes the most amount of time with maybe another hour. When she starts applying polish she does a pink color that's quite shear and only does two coats and the corners didn't get polish but she just put the designs on, put topcoat, and was done after a total of 3 hours and 30 minutes. Total was $30 (not including the file and buffer I had to pay for). I got what I payed for. When I got home I pulled up my comforter and TWO NAILS snapped off. FYI, this was 2 hours tops after I had paid. The next day, it was about 10 am and I slipped and landed on my finger tips, not the nails, and the vibrations broke 4 nails. By the end of the day, all nails were broken. People told me to apply press on nail glue but if it's acrylic it should last for 3-5 weeks
