He really made me feel comfortable and made the entire process super easy. So much so we decided to book videography AND the 360 booth! James even worked with us to take into account idle time during dinner service (we were able to have the Photo Booth working during cocktail hour and then restart during the reception). Adriel communicated effectively and efficiently days prior and made sure we were all on the same page regarding start time and end times. I appreciated his suggestions tremendously! Our two videographers with Elvis and Henri; both were amazing! So committed to their role and they worked their butts off the entire day. We reminded Elvis to drink water and take a break! Diep was the main e-mail contact and she was quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. They arrived on-time, set up was quick, and their props were fun and sturdy - and lasted through the night! We had them for both the FLIP BOOK and PHOTO BOOTH and our guests LOOOOVED it and had a blast taking multiple photos and making books! The prints were fast and you did not have to wait too long for them. The attendants kept everything running smoothly and efficiently. They upload all of your photos super quick and it was ready the next day for viewing on their website. They also give you a personal link to download all of the photos for your own personal album.
