After moving into our new home, built in 2018 ,we found many problems that should have been addressed on the $ 300 dollar inspection. The light in oven ,range lwas out. Ok not such a big deal. He said that doesn't fall under the requirements of the inspection. The wall socket in the kitchen kept kicking the breaker . His solution ,move the coffee pot. Or the builder was still building homes in the neighborhood and maybe out the goodness of his heart ,might check it out! Everyone and their mother knows after a year the builder is not responsible. Last but not least, garage doors were so loud. Now my last 15 yr home had 6 garage doors .We replaced them with motor outage. We relocated from the north weather and had no problems. He continued to argue with the reply, this weather was different here. I'm from Mobile! So was the home with 6 garage doors. His solution to pacify me was to spray, with WD-40 hinges and pulling motor , which both our cars were under. It was all I could do not to loose my religion! We thanked him for ALL his expertise , while closing the garage door ,as he walked under while closing.Which gave me a little pleasure, watching him scramble!

We hired HouseMaster/Mr. Lazzari to inspect our condo before closing. He did a terrible job. I…read morecould have been hurt by the neglect to find the electrical issue with the trash compacter. It didn't work the day we moved in. I found that it wasn't plugged in. When I plugged it in, sparks flew and the breaker popped. The compacter doesn't work properly, even with the electrical repaired (120.00). If we would have known there was an issue with the compacter, we could have gotten the seller to fix or replace it before closing. A new one is approximately $600 to $900. On top of that, the toilet in the hall bath wouldn't flush without doing it three times. We had to get a new toilet. The tubs in both bathrooms wouldn't drain property and the hall bathroom shower couldn't be used due to the broken faucet/spout thingy. Many of the electrical plugs don't work. All of this could have been repaired by the seller. Disgusted that we have had to repair/replace about $3,000 in items that could have been caught.

The report was sent quickly after the completion, was extremely thorough, well-made and explained, and extremely professional in all aspects. Absolutely phenomenal service for the price, which was cheaper than the other quotes/estimates provided by other area companies, and included more than what others offered. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area needing these services.

Matt came out on a Sunday afternoon. He kept me updated with his timeline so that we could be there toward the end to go over his findings in person. I've never seen someone so detailed in their findings! He found the tiniest details (a small tear in a screen, a window latch not closing all the way). He gave options /ideas for solutions to fix "problems", and was honest about what needed a professional and what we could DIY. He inspected the entire house from using some type of camera on the sewer line to a drone to takes photos of the metal roof. The report that he sent covered everything and was still written in simplified terms that someone unfamiliar with house maintenance (like me) could understand. I highly recommend Trinity Inspections!
