She didn't want to take collision coverage of one of my cars. She kept making excuses of why she couldn't do it. She informed me she could only lower the coverage. I then got a new quote with CONNECT which is insurance that Costco members can get. Best decision I have ever made. They dont push you and they understand you. Barbara is always very friendly and helpful and the other sales representatives at this Allstate office are always up to speed as well. I like that they don't call me every week trying to upgrade and upcharge my policy like my former auto insurance company did. The location is great and parking is easy, in fact I have just walked over a few times to pay my premium. I had four quotes from different auto insurance companies and Allstate was the least expensive and the best location for me. The only thing I would change is the feel of the office and make it seem like they want to stay awhile ,at first impression I walked in and it looked like they just moved in yesterday, but they have been at this location for quite a few years. Hire an interior decorator and let them add some personality to the office, cubicles are boring. Keep up the good work!

But some of them are, constant billing issues, Rate increases with no explanation, parts of my policy being canceled without explanation, my agent laughed at me on the phone when I was tried to voice my concerns to him. They overdrew my account by $90.00 and refused to refund the $35.00 overdraft fee I incurred because of it. Save yourself the trouble. There a million places to get insurance! The fact that they can hire an unqualified person todo such an important job as protecting people and their family's only to be mislead and deceived isn't right!
