As a company State Farm has become horrendous to deal with. I'm the perfect customer with immaculate record and credit rating etc. I insure a truck in Idaho (soon to be cancelled), and a motorcycle in Anacortes WA (just cancelled), and insured a jet ski in Juneau AK (cancelled). The individual agents seem ok, but their interface with underwriting is a confusing mess. By insuring assets in different states things got really messy for me. It took months to be refunded from the jet ski cancellation, and weeks for a second vehicle cancellation in WA. Then because I insured my truck in Idaho underwriting cancelled my motorcycle in Anacortes!!! What a terrible company. I'll NEVER deal with State Farm again. Maybe the others are as bad but they cannot be worse! Sorry Heather Ladd, you may be great but the corporation you represent is the worst insurance experience of my life. AND I'm the poster child good customer you WANT. Getting quotes on truck for Idaho and I should be State Farm free soon. read more

We were clients of this State Farm agency for over 10 years under it's previous owner who retired. We were apprehensive about the change to a new agent. Having dealt with the Heather Ladd agency for the past two or three years we are completely won over! We have our home, vehicles and RV insured thru them. Every interaction with them has been very easy and problem-free. Questions are answered promptly and even more important, accurately. They are very responsive to their client's needs, which unfortunately, is not always the case in the insurance industry. Most often, we speak with Kelly. We had questions about our insurance policies so I called Heather's office and Brenda was so kind- she was able to schedule a policy review with Heather for the next day. Heather was so knowledgeable and was able to make suggestions that would save us money on some of our policies so we could increase our life insurance. Unfortunately, a close friend of mine just lost her husband and he had very little life insurance. It has been a wake up call for me for sure! Heather was amazing! My last review was premature in that the prices we were quoted and paid for resulted in numerous billing up charges that we didn't expect. You'd figure that what they quote you in person would be fixed but noooo. Back to Allstate we go and have been treated with the respect we feel we deserve. All Is good again read more
