Burdeen's is the sole authorized dealer in Chicagoland for Grand Seiko watches so we knew this was the place to buy. They have a large display in store to try on many of the watches in stock. Evan was knowledgeable about the craftsmanship that goes into the watches, the backstories of inspiration for each, the mechanical differences, elaborated on the brand's warranty, gave suggestions on how we could best purchase the watch, and handled procuring it in a timely fashion. He was easy to work with, very personable, and made our whole experience great! We cannot wait to work with him in the future as we build a collection!

Allan is a great teacher who guided us through the process calmly and with good humor. Mistakes were never a problem, and he stuck by our sides until we got it just right. My wife made my ring with a brushed finish, and I made hers with a hammered finish. Allan was there every step of the way and in the end, we left the day not only with the exact perfect rings that we wanted, but with the joyous memorable experience of having made them by hand with Allan's help. Afterwards, my wife and I celebrated by taking pictures and joking with Allan, and we took our bottle of champagne (included in the wedding ring experience price) home with us. They are so friendly, welcoming and easy to work with! I've only had repairs done and made small purchases here but they treat me as a valued customer.
