BUYER BEWARE!!!! ‼ Six years and $20,000 paid and they still haven't finished the work they were paid to do. They talk great in the beginning. We thought we did our due diligence, but they failed over and over again to do what was promised. Shoddy work other companies shocked to see when we asked for quotes to fix what we already paid for. They continually pass you from one person to another hoping you will just give up. Not only is our foundation still not fixed, they have caused extensive additional damage to our home, came onto our property while we were out of town with no notice and no authorization and performed work we did not even authorize. Do NOT use them. You may end up lucky but for the amount you will pay, it isn't worth the risk. At this point, what did we even pay for?! After the job was completed, I waited over two weeks for the follow up engineering review. I had to call to remind them. They finally came out and now it has been another three weeks and I still do not have the final report or a follow up of any sort. Got our money and they are happy I suppose. read more

Fantastic Job Leveling My Shed! I had Fortress Foundation Repair Systems come out to level my storage shed, and they did an amazing job. This company is great to talk to in the beginning but after the work is wrapped up"done" and payment is pay they are gone. You have a very high chance that the job will see many problems in the weeks to come. The "warranty" is just words on a screen which they do anything to avoid honoring. Easily the best foundation company I have ever worked with on the 3 homes I have owned in my life. Was the smoothest easiest process working with these guys and that starts at the top with their owner and managers. They are honest, ethical, punctual, and extremely hard working. They told me it was my job to schedule THEIR contractors. What a nightmare. They were to put topsoil where they dug the French drain and after weeks they brought red sand. (No other company that we called had asked for that). If you choose his company to do the foundation repair, he gives you credit for the majority of the cost of the engineers report.
