Even though it is an outlet mall, I noticed the items I got were almost the same prices online except a few dollars less. Being the largest mall in Virginia and one level , it was hard to navigate and I couldn't find signs leading to Earthbound. I got lost twice. I plan to visit this place again when it is not so crowded in the future. The service we received in the stores we browsed in were good and professional. We found a good bargain for a sturdy metal carry on luggage with wheels for $40. I loved the clothes I wanted online yet was never able to get until recently.

As much as I enjoy walking up and down every aisle, yes I am that person, I never leave without checking the clearance section. It is all the way in the back if the store but seems to be the sweet spot for me not based on price but more-so on size. When you have small feet and easily wear both adult and kids sizes, it's hard to find most shoes in your size. Imagine that! However, this store has been so good to me, I can't recall the last time I left out of here empty handed. The kind folks who work here are always there to help and are actually always happy!! Which is great because I try not to "shop" at the same time as many others who have a 9-5 job. I woke a different schedule so later the store stays open the better for me. There is plenty of parking so no worries about where you are going to park. They have a array of clothing some high end brands at pretty good discounted prices and other clothing items ie shoes and purses are also available. At the tile I went I did not see any designer purses, but again I did come around 8-9 pm so most of those could have gotten sold. I did like the earring collection which was asking for some great prices. My collection is coming up just off of one visit to Gabes. They have a variety of snack type foods and other accessories, makeup items, workout gear/equipment, and miscellaneous things for the house. I would definitely come back but might try to venture out a little earlier to see if the selection is much better.

There were mystery boxes and packets open everywhere. There was no one helping me. I was trying to find items yet no one asked me for help. There were aisles with empty shelves aisles were messy. Most things weren't even in the right spots though there were the good sides which was that there wasn't long lines and the guy at the exit was nice and friendly and seemed happy with his job. Would I go here again when in the area? probably only if I need an item asap, but not if I just want the item? I did feel quite betrayed because when I use to go here in the past it wasn't this bad.
