Back in June 2025, I had him come do a final survey on a property in Bellport I remodeled so I could get the CO. He forgot to insert measurements for the pool equipment pad. Simple fix, one would think. Been trying to get him back to take the two measurements required for almost a year now. Only about 5 miles away, too. My opinion, not a reliable or professional person.
