She was very helpful in getting all the details needed for the job and making sure the deposit was paid. Once I paid and awaited the job, I followed up in one week at the earlier end of the the TAT and was told it was ready and was in the finalizing stages, it should've been ready at the end of the week. I followed up at the end of the week, and didn't get a response until days later, claiming the same thing. Now we're past the promised time and I found myself calling and emailing nonstop for an answer. I was started contacting the VP he said he was on vacation and would have someone contact me end of day. When I didn't get anything end of day, I called him back. No reply. Then I called him back on Monday he said I would hear from someone. Same run around for days. I wrote a really long email about the discontentment and unsatisfactory I had been receiving.
