I was told to call the post office and they wont use any other carrier. I am out of my medication currently. Wow!! How's that for customer service!!!! On November 10, 2014 my mother of 85 years passed away and I sent a cancellation letter to Rescue Alert of Dixie on December 15, 2014 and notified them that my mother had passed away. I asked for a refund for the 6 months of unused service. I did not here from them until May of 2015 and said they had not received the rescue alert equipment so I needed to pay $69.00 for the lost piece. I paid the balance in June and then in August I got another bill with the same invoice number and cost ($69.00). I called them and discuss what I have indicated above. In September 2015 I received a collection noticed that I owed $391.00 and that I was delinquent in payment. This Company is dishonest, unethical and corrupt. Do NOT do business with them! I have had to turn this over to my Mothers Estate lawyers to get it resolved.

One time they couldn't get him to answer the phone and sent someone out immediately and my Dad had messed around with the cords and accidentally switched cords in the plug in unit so he had no service and didn't know it until they checked on him as they always do, What a blessing because IF he had needed it, it would not have worked for a call and he could have had a serious accident. Steve has always called me when I have had a question and I live out of state. I pay for his service and there has been no problem of me sending an out of state check for the bill or paying with a charge card.
