On November 10, 2014 my mother of 85 years passed away and I sent a cancellation letter to Rescue Alert of Dixie on December 15, 2014 and notified them that my mother had passed away. I asked for a refund for the 6 months of unused service. I did not here from them until May of 2015 and said they had not received the rescue alert equipment so I needed to pay $69.00 for the lost piece. I paid the balance in June and then in August I got another bill with the same invoice number and cost ($69.00). I called them and discuss what I have indicated above. In September 2015 I received a collection noticed that I owed $391.00 and that I was delinquent in payment. This Company is dishonest, unethical and corrupt. Do NOT do business with them! I have had to turn this over to my Mothers Estate lawyers to get it resolved.

Steve has always called me when I have had a question and I live out of state. I pay for his service and there has been no problem of me sending an out of state check for the bill or paying with a charge card. I recall I had paid and extra $20 to expedite them, else I was advised it would be two weeks. After a week wearing them it became evident that my foot doctor had trimmed back the flexible footbed part too much and I prevailed on a *rebuild* offer. I waited almost SIX WEEKS for that rebuild, and during that time my feet were re-injured. It is just CRAZY that a medical device's adjustment could possibly take almost SIX WEEKS. Yeah, it was around the holidays --a little over two weeks till Christmas. Still. Maybe they should hire a few more employees? I'm glad business is good, but if you are THAT FAR BEHIND...... I didn't get them back till January 12th. So, back to my foot doctor I'll go, for another treatment. If you are looking for prompt, this ain't the place.
