I recall I had paid and extra $20 to expedite them, else I was advised it would be two weeks. After a week wearing them it became evident that my foot doctor had trimmed back the flexible footbed part too much and I prevailed on a *rebuild* offer. I waited almost SIX WEEKS for that rebuild, and during that time my feet were re-injured. It is just CRAZY that a medical device's adjustment could possibly take almost SIX WEEKS. Yeah, it was around the holidays --a little over two weeks till Christmas. Still. Maybe they should hire a few more employees? I'm glad business is good, but if you are THAT FAR BEHIND...... I didn't get them back till January 12th. So, back to my foot doctor I'll go, for another treatment. If you are looking for prompt, this ain't the place.

Every several month, Bob goes out of his way to make several phone calls to make sure our refill is approved snd ready. We appreciate this kind of customer care. Should be a grand idea after the big box and mailorder companies ate their lunch. All family pharmacys are not the same. I have also experienced Red Rock here in St. George. Hurricane Family Pharmacy which services St George, should stay in Hurricane. They are not quite ready for "prime time". I cannot speak for packaging and deliveries. Only to say that medications totaling $9 were to be held up from a patient for non-payment. Mind you a credit card for billing had been left on file. Numerous times I have been asked for payment. I only ask that a statement for charges be sent to my e-mail to submit with my court paperwork. What is attached is the poor representation of an invoice or statement page. Oh phone calls leave me on hold up to 10 minutes. By then I just hang up. While on hold you get a "drug" lesson. Whoopee. Can't spect to selection. If it's alternate establishments...must be someone better or these guys will go out of business again. No comment on value. They don't value customers or give a hoot. Can't speak to anything else.
