The charger worked perfectly for several months, until it started tripping the circuit breaker every time we charged the car. I called Cochran, honestly just for an idea of what might be causing the issue. They sent an electrician out the next day, he determined it was a bad breaker, replaced it free of charge and it's been working perfectly since. Sadly , that kind of "service after the sale" is hard to come by these days, but this company, including the office staff and the electricians, clearly make an effort to keep their customers happy long term. It was so stress-free even my cat didn't freak out. He just stayed on the other end of the house and chilled. LOL We had an entire remodel done (walk-in tiled shower, new double vanity [which replaced the single], new toilet, and linen cabinet. We also replaced the vinyl tile with ceramic, replaced the bathroom door with a larger 32 in. door (which required Tom to widen and reframe the doorway), replaced all of the drywall and changed the entire floor plan (which required Tom to replumb the toilet). We couldn't be more pleased with our new bathroom. Tom even installed some handy grab bars for my aging mother to use, a nice tiled bench for her to sit on while showering, and mounted a convenient shower dispenser/caddy for me to eliminate all the bottles of shampoo/shower gel and also has a handy mirror and a place to put my shaving cream and hang my shower sponges.
